Yah. You should have chowed the chokka raw 'sushi 'without the hook though. Kent, you bring back so many memories..I used to get my Chocca from PE fresh as it Can be. It is just so,so encouraging to see that you are associated with LUCKY'S Manaba. You will be pleased to know that I used to come all the way from Durban to get my fishing tackle from ISMAIL at LUCKY'S in Shepstone CBD. The good old days some 45 years back.
Shot for the video Bru! Fishing is therapy, good for your soul, I can see you missing your soul brother Darren 🙂 So Maxima ultra green is an excelent quality mono made in germany and I can't fault it but I still use florocarbon for a hook snoot. I don't believe the visibility thing, I like it because its stiff and doesnt tangle, when fish are on the bite they chow the bait, when they not biting you can use the most fancy trace and you wont catch. There's a million factors in play; time of day, atmospheric pressure; water temperature; water colour; rough or calm; location; luck; bait; the list goes on. Fishing is a lifestyle, a passion There's a lekker little brass bristle brush the size of a tooth brush at Buco in ramsgate that is perfect for cleaning your chokka hammer spikes
Hi Kent, please could you share what make the little gas stove is that you use for making coffee on the beach. I have looked for the exact 1 you have but can't find it. I need 1 for my fishing outings. Awesome show, keep the videos coming
They make a huge difference! Very comfortable especially if you carry heavy. Fish SA carries the product and you can ask your local tackle store to order if they don’t have. You welcome to comment on their Facebook page and they will also direct you. Thanks

Where can I find or get one of the nice gas water stove ☕
Cape Union mart
I recently fished with a guy from pmb in the transkaai, he was using chicken livers as bait, he actually caught quite a variety of species _ strange
I know fisherman they target Perch in the Umzimkulu River using chicken livers 🤙
22:45 measure to full lenght 30cm legal.
Yes however I have a habit of only taking fork length. A Bronze of 30cm in total is just too small. Same with Shad I hardly measure them full length
@@KentsFishing oh good stuff Kent🙏
Kent chow go well with a taco
🤔 yes! Thanks for the tip
Shud have fried one two prawns in dat oil,
I nearly did 🤣
Lekke larnie
Thanks my Larnie 🤙
