    Great review Joe. Excellent recommendations. I’ve seen your shots from the camera and lens and they look great. I think it would be a solid choice. Same with the V1 flash, great flash, I have one and love it. As far as the used tripod, I agree, and I would definitely go with the Benro head, I have it and I love it.

    I’ve had 2 Benro heads cease up on me. I wanted to love the brand, but their heads have seriously disappointed me.

      Wow. That's interesting. I've had mine now going on 2 years and not one issue.

    The older Laowa 7.5 or the newer auto-aperture one?

      Either one will work. The aperture can be controlled with the camera if you do with the auto aperture version.

      I guess the auto aperture version is faster to use with dials. And it has EXIF info that can speed up your work in Lightroom etc. Lens correction lens straighten, vignetting and noise reduction inside camera when you shoot JPG. (I like jpg for processing stacks of brackets).
