Use a Skimmer and/or either a Springer, Griffon, or Skyscale to farm Volatile Magic Orbs in Thunderhead Peaks

Hi,What is the limit of volatile magic orbs that I can obtain per day? Why do I take the route with a character and the orbs appear, but if I try with another character the orbs no longer appear on the map😢😢

Sory for the late reply but I had to look this up as well since I was not able to find it on the GW2 wiki page
From -foxgod-'s Reddit post:
250 orbs, one gives between 2 and 4 VM, avg being 3. so you get around 750VM every day.
bonus info: the water route in thunderhead has 51 orbs, so collecting with 5 chars will make the last 5 on your 5th run disappear in front of you.
