This video was very helpful! Just a FYI to new users of this. If when you drag an icon of the voicemod to your stream deck and it tells you to download voicemod even though you bought it, just close streamdeck and restart it. It then updates and will communicate with voicemod.
You're the real MVP! I was getting so frustrated because it was telling me it was trying to connect to Voicemod and that Voicemod wasn't running. I reboot Voicemod a number of times and even restarted my computer. But it wasn't until I manually hard closed and reset Stream Deck that Voicemod started showing up.

I then launched Stream Deck and removed the ICON for VoiceMod I had placed on the Stream Deck. Then I launched the VoiceMod app and added the ICON back to the Elgato Stream Deck. It now appears as installed and works. Do Only Good Everyday :)

Don't waste buttons? Huh? My first (home) SD screen takes me to one of the four profiles I have set up for my individual work flows. When I press one on my home, it takes me to a profile where I have another 15 buttons. I could even daily-chain more profiles if I wanted and not be more that one button press away from another batch of 15 open buttons I can program. You can have as many buttons as you like, and they are handy to use when you group them together by particular work flows. Hey, love your work. I've learned a lot from you.
So this video is really good an informative but a little bit of constructive criticism I would give is you didn't mention multi action buttons. meaning you can have your voice changer toggle on/off at the same time as picking your voice. This is particularly handy as you may find it annoying that you have to always press 2 buttons (voice changer on/off and your voice style) to get your desired affect where as if you stack those together you can do it in 1 click :)
If you're using Hear Myself, won't that also go through the desktop audio causing a duplicate sound? Same with trying to monitor your soundboard without it playing through both microphone and headphones. I understand you could mute for me and not monitor the soundboard, but I'd really like to be able to.

Question: Does this allow you to set up loadout profiles? I play several different virtual table top games and each had its own set of sound effects. Can you make different load outs for each game and load them when needed without having to rebuild them each time?

This video doesn't explain how to get the voicemod plug in into the stream deck app. That should be step 1 honestly. I don't have any of those headers you mentioned on the right of the stream deck app.

I had this same issue. I did two things. First I removed the VoiceMod launch push button from stream deck. Restarted computer. Readded it and then launched it. This has helped some. Second I just favorited a random voice and after hitting the favorite button the dropdown started working again. Hope this helps!

Hi i know you didn't make the plugins and stuff, but i 'm running into a problem and wonderred if someone had maybe a fix for this, i have voicemod pro, averything set up i can use all the features from voicemod on my stream deck except fot the fact that i can't chose my voice on it, because everytime i put a specific voice on it, it does'nt register it, like let's say i bind the echo voice to B1 on streamdeck, if i go for let's say "baby voice" on B2 . When i go back on the settings of B1 i don't have a voice activated on it.

@@jjaytroche123 restart computer, worked for me. Probably enough to restart just the Streamdeck by unplugging it.
I solved this by going into the stream deck store, uninstalling voicemod, and reinstalling.

I'm sure you already found the solution. but for any one with the same problem, go to settings > Keybinds > turn off activation sounds
