    from Amazon . A strange answer
    Question: If these probiotics colonize the digestive track why would we need them everyday?? How long do you recommend taking them for 3-6-9 months?
    Answer: Thanks for your great question. There are several reasons the recommended dosage is one every day. First, while these strains colonize, they are transient in that they eventually leave the body.

    It was a little hard to watch this, that woman was just sitting In the corner not involved in the conversation for over an hour, and when she did start talking she started with why she was not talking 🫣 I'm sorry, but her presence was very distracting, The least that you could have done was consistently look in her direction during the conversation. Anyway, I'll have to listen to this again without actually looking at the screen.

    • @mineralchief
      @mineralchief 10 месяцев назад +1

      @@eddaborjas9408 sibo (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) is a symptom of either slow intestinal motility or poor bile function.. ive learnt that since watching this video probiotics may only be a temporary fix and that they could perhaps even be unhelpful. Better to address environmental issues like mold in water damaged buildings (more common than we think) , address poor diet from industrial sources, reduce life stress and reduce exposure to cleaning products, mercury and pesticides.

    Oops! Great description of the disappointments of the human genome project, but he missed a huge piece: Epigenetics. The portion of our genome he incorrectly calls "junk" is the part that sets epigenetic switches, largely driven by the presence of micronutrients, that allow our 20,000 or so genes to reconfigure, allowing them the expression power of a 100,000 or so gene collection. Not the the microbiome isn't huge, it is, but the quandary of the human gene count being between those of a flea and a fruit fly was resolved by the discovery of epigenetics, not the microbiome.

    I love your talk about spore probiotics I have been using them for at least a year maybe two. Max likely didn’t do that because Max doesn’t seem to agree with Kiran or the preponderance of scientific evidence concerning gut health and food.
      But I can actually answer your question! In short, Kiran recommends eating a large diversity of mostly unprocessed whole plant based foods. Specific foods of note would be foods that many are unjustifiably scared of but are actually powerhouses for the microbiome are things like whole grains (particularly oats) and legumes.
      I have a RUclips channel of my own where I discuss all sorts of aspects of optimal wellness based on the best science available. If you’d like, check it out! I make no money from it and honestly thought I’d mention in case you benefit from any of the information or it inspires you in any way.
