I went to two of the shows last year in Mason City as I live close. It was y first PGI show experience. I may make the trip to Fargo next year and take part more in some of the mid day stuff.
Wish I lived closer to see the show tonight. The supernuke will be awesome. Maybe if I look to the west I will see the sky glow from the fireball.

A few years ago they had a tent that was doing 50% of everything in the tent and we got some Excalibur’s for 35$ a box

Dood Goi buying last minute = prices are increased especially because demand with corona.. and yes buying in bulk like spending 500-1000$ at least which is not much if you split it with a couple people. There’s several websites like spirit fireworks, victory fireworks, red apple fireworks... you could search it on r/fireworks or google it..
Gotta Get out there next year for sure! - BTW- Only 1 Day Left in 2019 to join PGI - August 16th I saw was the Deadline. August 17th - you have to join for 2020.
Since PGI is coming back to West Fargo next year, I was wondering about what you need to go to the convention? Do you need a PGI memberships and the Convention Registration?

It’s very simple to join the guild, I just signed up online :)

Just came across this video. I love pgi I'm from a town in iowa pgi visits and was just here last year they come every 4 to 5 years ever since 2004 or 2005 when they first came I've been a fan since. Thanks for the info about buying fireworks all these years and never knew they sold fireworks. And would like to know more about purchasing
Almost all of Boomland 500-gram cakes are between 20 to $25 there are 200 gram cakes are between 10 and $15 unless you find something that's new for that year their mortars all pretty much run $25 for the big boys like Excalibur or zombie March and then you get down into the off-brand stuff and it's like 15 to $20 for the big 24 box when I go there I always have to pick up case of smoke bombs for my son and it only runs me about $3 per display box. Not to mention that all of their singles are between $0.50 each up to 3 bucks each for the super singles.
$40 Excaliburs...damn!

Dude, raccoon fireworks is now my favorite firework brand, for their 200/500 gramers they pack a punch and theyre beautiful. Just bought $800 worth again of those nishiki blasts, 72 shots. I played some but i have a total of 138 shots now
Also with the new double fused excals can you put crackling stars in the top lift charge and cover it back up and get a mine effect? If so can you take apart a pure fantasy fountain and use the crackle from that?

Wow! So much fireworks in one warehouse!! Here in Holland 🇳🇱 they would say it's so dangerous and would probably cause a political disaster! Here they need special bunkers with sprinklers just to sell fireworks! Love the way you Americans do it! 👍💥

Here in Cali the street price is 25$ but I’ve seen it go for as high as 40 $ for 6 shot of Excalibur’s 😩
Get your fireworks early, sometimes you can find someone who sells a pack for 50 bucks
Same in Washington 6 pack they will often sell it at 25 cause that’s how they make more money by selling that way

If your ever in the south bend/mishawaka area check out spiderworks fireworks. Family owned, great staff and they have some amazing fireworks.

Its so sad revisiting this and seeing the prices. Especially over here in Washington we have Pyroland and i got their stuff one year. Now their stuff has doubled or more in price.

I hate to tell you I don't know if it's just the Boomland in Missouri but Boomland had excalibur's for $24 a box every time that I've been there over the last 6 years I didn't get to go this year but I had my wife bring back 8 cases of Excalibur the last time she went down that I didn't get to go

I love fireworks .. I would like to buy fireworks in the USA .. In Germany fireworks are only allowed to be bought 3 days a year. Ignite only from 31.12.-1.1. Whoever ignites fireworks afterwards commits an offense .. In addition, there may only be 20 grams of filling in each rocket. That is why many Germans go to Poland, Belgium, Switzerland to buy illegal fireworks. Because there are other laws.

Shazam808 Depending where you live all the firework tents try to get rid of all there stock so that they don’t have to send it back to where they bought it from. This allows you to get killer deals. Usually I buy all my fireworks on the 5th which I then use for next year
