At the end of the day is about accountability because it’s a total disrespect when people don’t do The job that they were hired for And you had a responsibility every life matters
Years ago I worked for a med/mal attorney and trust me they don't play! NONE OF THEM. It takes a hard a$$ to handle these cases... I do have to say the hospitals attorney in a few of these cases is a little more pulled together than the attorney handling the defendants case.. He seems a little lost at times..
Hi, I am new to this channel, anyone know if there is a video on botched brain surgery? Which is what happened to me, I was told I needed urgent brain op to remove a small slow growing lesion, turns out they went in the wrong place, aborted op, I still have the lesion 2 years later which wasn't causing any problems before anyway. Post op I had to learn to walk again, balance issues blah blah........so much for urgent!!! TIA.

If I was a doctor, i would be so upset and distressed that a patient died. But I've only seen stone cold looks on their face or a nonchalant attitude. Very telling and scary .
Just to break the ice.. Joe is a cop on family guy.. he is on a wheelchair 🤣😂🤣😂 a cop with one leg is just as silly as a cop on a wheelchair. I guess you could be a desk officer, which them he is no really a cop is he?? Just a secretary with a title of police officer..
It’s sad when they don’t write things down everything should be documented whoever you spoke to so this way people will get a good idea how good you do your job people don’t want to hear you talk to someone talk to many people who are the people it’s supposed to be documented in case anything should happen your negligence should not be tolerated these people are supposed to be responsibleWriting reports a very important because no one wants to hear I hear say why isn’t it documented it will show that you were doing your job right not violating peoples constitutional rights when it comes to their health
Totally agree, Veary Hale, my take on this is "if it is not documented, it or was not done" .. Nursing 101. as far as I am concerned, I drill my nurses and as a Nurse Manager, I cannot stress the proper narrative documentation enough. And thank be to God, I have never been in a court of law and I do not ever want to be.
I would like to just say at the end of the day people must take a job serious people look up to the quality of care and when someone goes to the ER that means that they are sick and everything must be documented from there on and family members have the right to be involved to make sure your loved one is going to get the care And hopefully no one is being judge regarding the color of their skin because many people have been violated the Constitution rights under the color of law when they have been denied the quality of care and it’s because they are minorities or don’t have the best insurance people have heard of a lot of things that have been going on and when some doctors and professions make decisions they are not looking to get that particular patient the best quality care and that is a problem many of us. Are experiencing these days and people are standing up for their rights because they deserve the best of care So something is wrong and they are not documenting everything it means that someone is not doing their job and if not they need to do with the consequences and be held accountable to the fullest of the law you must take your job serious they tell these people when they first get these jobs you must be responsible no one wants to hear you think or she might have it’s about documentation at the end of the day And there’s no time to falsifying records because a lot of that is going on to finesse by a date is always good on every document as well because some people do not need to be a professional and don’t do their job right people look up to the quality of care and we the people are full of weird that a lot of people that are black and brown do not get the best of care so we know that there are a lot of things going on and hope that people will understand at all people should be treated equal because many people have been violated as I said of getting the quality of care because of their nationality and other reasons and so therefore we do not need to have doctors nurses triage and others that are racist discriminating not giving the quality care and trying to not put what is needed on a chart So we the people expect To be treated equally and no one I say no one should be violating any patients constitutional rights for the quality of care sometimes the state has to make rounds in these hospitals to make sure these people are on their game and sometimes they get caught because everything has to be clean and everything must be done right it’s all these people have to know they have to document everything it is the right thing to do they went to school they had to know it doesn’t take a rocket science to see there’s something is not right and I watch goes out to those people that are suffering in hospitals and not getting the quality of care that they were entitled to and we hope and pray that thing changes so everyone will be able to rely on the professionals who claims that they went to school because they should know right from wrong I would think a job working in a hospital is a great thing you get to know a lot of people and people look up to you but when they find out You violated someone’s rights under malpractice it will not look
