Wow that was amazing. You have the deal in the palm of your hands. He doesn't want to haul this stuff out and won't be able to organize a yard sale in 2 weeks... give him 5 grand to c lean the whole place out at your expense. Rent an 18 wheeler and some hands and clear the house. It's yours for g ge taking. Don't leave anything behind. Never know what little treasure is in some box or trunk...
I find him as a con artist, always telling sellers that the items they bring in "aren't worth anything" or "its tough to sell with little interest" etc. then after he pays extremely low prices, he gloats afterwards about he can make a big amount of $$$
one of the first things he said is he never collected this stuff to sell... 15:08 look at his smile when Pete said "lets go" 2 collectors meeting here...
Picking Profits Still working out some details will see in next couple day how it goes. That old padlock I will be holding that one for your collection. Cheers !!
He spent 10 times that to buy all of it. However, it is a bit over-whelming. I don't even think he cared about the money, it was more about searching, collecting, and the journey itself.
Yeah and at that point I’d pay someone to take it all. Too much stuff, can’t take it with you when you die. So if you’re going to Florida, man minimize to nothing and focus on the ocean and life.
Collector or high class hoarder? I would love to see what he's taking to Florida! He's hot a mix of old farm and nautical stuff here with hunting as a spice to keep it interesting.
Now that was just mind-boggling! To hire someone to do the job of clearing it out, organizing all of the contents...ect. Sure is more than I could handle 🤪!
hey Pete. any advice on buying and selling pocket billiards tables? price may vary by location but it's large and takes up alot of real estate. I can probably buy a couple and store them until someone needs it. please let me know. awesome videos. liked and subscribed.
man if you can do this... you could make a killing, and still wholesale a bunch of it off to other resellers. I think that's the way to go, buy it all, keep the cool, pricey stuff, sell the rest off in lots to other resellers, recoup your investment and maybe a bit more with the lots, then the gravy would be the good stuff. the roy rogers guitar is cool, but doesn't bring much. They were not much more than a toy... however there is a plastic ukulele that brings big money because it's rare. wasn't meant to be a toy, but most thought it was. It was early days in plastics. More like bakelite, but not quite. I forget the name, got one by accident, I was amazed at the price it brought on auction at ebay. If I could do something like this, I'd bundle the like items together, and have an auction or something for the lots, being sure to invite area resellers.
I would have bought the entire house content at $7000... try for $6000 but based on bulk of the place, you'd probably only be in an average of $5/item. The Moped alone you can get between $800-$1000. Hope it worked out for you!
this guy was so cool, plus this was a smoking deal. I mean you could make a fortune on this stuff the way you sell things. I really hope you took him up on this deal. I think it was the deal you just couldn't pass up. What a great guy
Damn, that guy had some very cool stuff..a cranberry rake? I used to use them when I was a kid in Maine 50 years ago. 7 grand would be good, I was thinking 10 or so.
My dad and I had trouble getting that same scooter that we just sold on craigslist up a flight of regularly inclined basement stairs. Those weigh probably 250lb-300lb range. So I have no idea how on earth that scooter got up their. Id also like to add I feel bad for the person who has to clean out up their. I know maximizing storage space in a garage is key but my guess is maybe a few guys were up top and it was tied secure with a rope and pulled up, no way that was carried up.
I live in Florida. Did he happen to mention where in Florida he was moving to? I may pay him a visit if he is still holding on to some of these items. lol!
aw my bad, you did but I was too quick to say something. course it's one of those things you have to know what's what with them to turn a buck on them.
There's at least $80,000 USD in collectable items in there. The seller is about my age, and his grandparents left his him this fortune so he can later fortune one day.
That c70 passport is not a scooter! A scooter is automatic and is a step through. The honda cub 50,70 and 90 are bikes. Sorry im just very passionate about the Honda cub.....
Maybe 5k tops. There's a lot of common junk, it'll take a ton of time to inventory it, a lot of awkwardly sized stuff as far as shipping goes and none of that stuff will fly off the shelves so it'll be in storage for a hot minute. I wouldn't have offered anymore than $1,000
Typical pawn man the old desk has a scratch and most of your rare stuff isn’t really rare I’ll take whole lot for 10 bucks because I have to move it all and tag all these items triple for what I ripped you off for

Charlie can’t walk the stairs because they’re not carpeted it’s very slippery for him with his nails. he could hurt himself What a sweet dog ♥️
The seller is a great collecter. Not so much a salesman.
The one who mentions price first loses, besides he hasn't given it much thought.
I find him as a con artist, always telling sellers that the items they bring in "aren't worth anything" or "its tough to sell with little interest" etc. then after he pays extremely low prices, he gloats afterwards about he can make a big amount of $$$

This guy is a very interesting fellow. His house looked so cool inside.
Crazy, even if you paid $7000 you have enough items to start a store. This guy could probably make 10 times that selling on eBay.
What an amazing collection of stuff and all in one place too!
Picking Profits Still working out some details will see in next couple day how it goes. That old padlock I will be holding that one for your collection. Cheers !!
+Craigslist Hunter awesome videos brother! u give me hope that I can someday be free from job slavery and make a living for myself buying and selling
Scott Danie
Picking Profits ..am i crazy or is that a lot of shiiiattt ?!?!?
That is an understatement!
He spent 10 times that to buy all of it. However, it is a bit over-whelming. I don't even think he cared about the money, it was more about searching, collecting, and the journey itself.

One of my favorite channels... Real people" real negotiations.... .
that is a big piece of petrified wood
When it's all together like that that makes for easy load and clean out
Quite possibly one of the BEST ride-along Picking Videos that I've ever seen!
Awesome job, man!
Dusty
Alabama Pickers Thank you Dusty Im glad you enjoyed it. Cheers !!
Collector or high class hoarder?
I would love to see what he's taking to Florida! He's hot a mix of old farm and nautical stuff here with hunting as a spice to keep it interesting.
this dude reminds me of adam sandler haha
superspeeed Adam Sandler on anti-depressants.
superspeeed exactly
Yes, so right!
Those motorbikes used to be popular in England, C90 we had once & wrote it off doing jumps & silly stuff when we were kids.
I'm weak when it comes to this stuff. I would have cleaned up and may have regretted it later. :) Loved the six shooter/belt.
Very nice find. The scooter caught me eye , and was kinda curious what was in that big pile of signs?
Now that was just mind-boggling! To hire someone to do the job of clearing it out, organizing all of the contents...ect. Sure is more than I could handle 🤪!
If all hoarders were that organized, the world would be a different place!
Here in New England we'd pay alot for that cranberry rake!!!!
is nobody going to talk about how he got a moped/scooter and a lawnmower up on the second floor
That was my very first thought 😂
Your profit must have been through the roof... Mike hooked you up man.
That's a solid dude right there.
I used to have a friend who loved Kirin Beer. I don't even remember his name, but he would have bought that! It is a Japanese beer.
That little glass grinder was a nut chopper,I have one exactly like it,I use it to chop up my walnuts for baking. Nut Chopper
milk can can go for like a $100.00 on ebay
Did he say 7000 for everything ? I would scoop it up in a heart beat !!
wow, $7000, snap that stuff up straight away lol

Pete, you have SO much patience with this guy...
Can't wait for part 2! Love this style video TFS
Now thats a kool video Pete Nice Work!!!
The guys from the American Pickers show should definitely hit this guy up. :)
I would have bought the entire house content at $7000... try for $6000 but based on bulk of the place, you'd probably only be in an average of $5/item. The Moped alone you can get between $800-$1000. Hope it worked out for you!
lock with key... can be worth major money especially if it has a railroad company name on it.
this guy was so cool, plus this was a smoking deal. I mean you could make a fortune on this stuff the way you sell things. I really hope you took him up on this deal. I think it was the deal you just couldn't pass up. What a great guy
Omg how cute is that dog. What a sweetheart
Love this guy, he has so much stuff.
Damn, that guy had some very cool stuff..a cranberry rake? I used to use them when I was a kid in Maine 50 years ago. 7 grand would be good, I was thinking 10 or so.
4 years later Pete ! What did you do ? ? ?
More!!! Lets go See!! Awesome video Pete
+globalvoodoo lol
I know this sounds lame but, Garfield is huge now. Companies like, Supreme use him all the time. Duck decoy could be some huge money
Wow, there is sooo much stuff there, it's going on for ever.
I would have been there for days looking. I love the dog........poor lil guy was scared of stairs.......he wanted to stay by his owners side.
I thought he would start at $5k. That dude just wants to get out.
Wow ill take everything.... great score!
He should have called an auctioneer in for this. He would have made way better money than selling it piece by piece.
Can't imagine living in a warehouse like this.
amazing he has soo much stuff and its neat and clean
cool stuff and what a sweet dog
$7000....akward silence haha had me crackin' up. Talk about a lot of stuff though! Thanks for the content.
***** Part 2 coming soon Thanks for watching Cheers !!
good Im going to like this. happy new year
That RC cola cooler is great.
I am going to have to find this guy here in FLORIDA .
I’m surprised he didn’t offer him $70 after the guy said $7,000.
Thst guy's house looks fun!
what is your accent mate? It reminds me of Nicko from GTA4
umm how did her get a scooter up that ladder???
My dad and I had trouble getting that same scooter that we just sold on craigslist up a flight of regularly inclined basement stairs. Those weigh probably 250lb-300lb range. So I have no idea how on earth that scooter got up their. Id also like to add I feel bad for the person who has to clean out up their. I saw a controller for a possible lift. Maybe take out the piece of floor next to the ladder and it's hauled up through the hole??
That would have been hard to be able to pack all of that up to move so much stuff
Did you use a body cam recording all this stuff
I think this guys is a recovering hoarder. :) So much stuff in that house.
I feel so bad for hoarders, their hoarding usually manifests from some kind of trauma as a child. It's really sad.
windshield would be cool in a hot rod or rat rod.
I got a couple of those, a little bit bigger though.
Cannot hear anything the other person is saying in your videos. Any way to change that in the future. Love your stuff!
I live in Florida. Did he happen to mention where in Florida he was moving to? I may pay him a visit if he is still holding on to some of these items. lol!
Awe, the doggie was going down the stairs like an old man.
Amazing video
OMG I never saw so much stuff....especially I the upstairs of that garage,to bring all that stuff up there, then to take it down...ugh! ,
Was there ever a follow up to this video?
What a great house!
Why don't you offer on anything?
Because it's all *JUNK*
Where is the step-thru motorbike??? In the pic of video
Pete revealed later that this was a bad deal. Stuff that is hard to sell and stucked in the shop for years
Did he say 7 grand like that's a lot of money for all that stuff
It will be interesting to see how this pans out. Do you have enough room for all that?
N
We are going with a Florida theme means my wife said your not taking that shit with us!!!
ya shoulda checked out that duck decoy. Some can be worth a lot.
aw my bad, you did but I was too quick to say something. course it's one of those things you have to know what's what with them to turn a buck on them.
i want the enticer ,,which nobody so far said anything about
Pretty cool. I was a little shocked when he said 7K. You can always go down, but not up. Thanks for sharing
Wow is got some stuff man it's hard for a price
its called a horse hanes, the collar
******Is there a part 2?!?! ******
All I can say is WOW!!!
nice guy......nice dog
Crystal Lake, Illinois?
There's at least $80,000 USD in collectable items in there. The seller is about my age, and his grandparents left his him this fortune so he can later fortune one day.
He would of took 4200.00 for everything and not had to move any of it and been perfectly happy!
That c70 passport is not a scooter! A scooter is automatic and is a step through. The honda cub 50,70 and 90 are bikes. Sorry im just very passionate about the Honda cub.....
He has an easy $7000 there. I would’ve made a ton on this stuff.
Maybe 5k tops. There's a lot of common junk, it'll take a ton of time to inventory it, a lot of awkwardly sized stuff as far as shipping goes and none of that stuff will fly off the shelves so it'll be in storage for a hot minute. I wouldn't have offered anymore than $1,000
Hope you gave him theseven grand.
Nu? so what happened with this.. final outcome? Great Vid, but in suspense
Numis Mm Part 2 coming soon Thanks for watching. Cheers !!
Lots of stuff ..plus he know you have to make a profit
I want to see you ride that scooter down those stairs
How do get unwanted stuff
you should of bought that ram head
Wow just Wow!!
Typical pawn man the old desk has a scratch and most of your rare stuff isn’t really rare I’ll take whole lot for 10 bucks because I have to move it all and tag all these items triple for what I ripped you off for
This guy should have his own shop instead of filling his house up,problem is ,I think he,s a bit of a hoarder !!!
7 grand he said offer him 5 grand it's a good deal things will sell in time
Something kinda sad about this guys gentle demeanor. Hope he’s been well.
poor guy is totally overwhelmed. 7k is too little. He'd make more even with an estate sale, and those are usually a terrible idea.
