1. It was a different website before, but I guess they changed it. Check out peruways.com, it costs around $60. 2. We went in at 6am, so there was no queue at that time. 3. Hello. Thank you for watching! We booked an airbnb in Cusco, for I think was $30 a day, we left our luggages there.
