I spent a lot of time in the first 10 cars as a kid cause I was a noob but MAN this game was something special. Being able to go on 2 wheels and also exploring the city was legendary! Truly ahead of its time this game.
It is speculated that the jet car was potentially Moses’ other car that he was sort of joking about. Possibly... but I do say this, Rockstar did a good job with getting relatively close realistic parts of those cities.
God I remember playing this game on my OG Xbox when I was young. Even though it was frustrating, it was still addictive and fun to play filling up my childhood. I'm right now emulating it on my powerful PC with PCSX2 cause I prefered console version more than PC version.

No they don't, licensing costs a lot and if Rockstar ever did a remaster then it would cost them more if they used licensed vehicles which will cut into potential profit that could have been made
Nah. They were too cheap. Licensing cars is costly and some manufacturers are picky on what car they want in the game. No way manufacturers would ok a game where you can run over people.

And also, I own a physical copy of Midnight Club II, I just picked at my last trip to Los Angeles, California, before getting back to Baja California, Mexico in the quarantine back in 2020, yet that didn't stopped me to pick a game like this! Very happy with this!
1978 Bestia, Jersey XS, Alarde, Victory, Modo Prego, Vortex 5, Knight, Saikou XS, Torque JX, and Veloci are the 10 cars that I absolutely enjoy looking at. Rockstar just happened to model them so beautifully that it makes me feel like they should be a real car as a sibling to their irl counterparts.

I was stuck on Haley the very last time I played, it was about.. 5 years ago? Damn time flies. When I was playing against Primo though, I only won because I got real damn lucky. I might be able to beat Haley nowadays with all the experience with driving in video games.

Its hard to control during rain and instable at sometimes flips during the turns.
I just realized that just about every car selection logo has something to do with the car name

its also the fastest car in the game (not counting the rocket car) if you know how to use its wonky handling to its advantage.

I was like 8 or 9 for number 2 then mightnight clubs dub edition came out I was like 8-10 last midnight club game I played was nightclub los Angeles.
