Small correction: the 'wild hogs' we saw are actually Javelinas! Thanks for the comments letting me know. I recommend looking on google images as they are very interesting creatures!
Thank you for allowing Stacy and I to take a bit of your time to share with you one of the ways that we like to experience the outdoors. You two did so well, and this is an experience that I will not forget. The adventuring spirit of you two really shined down in Parker Canyon! The new camera does fantastic work, glad that we were able to make that happen as well. Here's to the future, and our continued excitement at watching the excellent content that you create for us. All the best Greg and Victoria!
These episodes are one of the only things keeping me going right now. The joy I felt seeing Victoria's face at the end of this video as you transition across the border really brought some light into my life during a terribly challenging and low time. Until the next one, friends ❤
It's always a great day when a new episode arrives from the both of you! Congratulations on completing this leg of your journey and I'm so looking forward to watching your continued adventures and thank you for taking me along. Very best wishes to you both... Carry on. Cheers !
The amount of times you set up the camera, go past it riding, and then come back to pick it up is insane 😊 That last bit with some of the help you got from strangers is very heartwarming.
i genuinely cannot believe ive been watching these videos for almost a year now, im so thankful i caught the first episode through the algorithm! que diosito me los bendiga a los dos en su viaje por mexico!
man I love these videos. loved your comment at the end, the overwhelming majority of people in the world are good, and will help. these videos give me such a happy warm feeling!
Your videos are inspirational, I wish I was your age again, but you have inspired me to get back on my bike again and maybe even go bike packing next summer. Thanks for sharing your adventure. A 70 year old.
I think that might be the BEST episode so far!!! Really great music editing and choice, as always the 2 characters that are too cute and very REAL, which is a huge breath of fresh air! Thank you, and Bienvenido a Mexico! Qel Bueno!
I love your perspective. It's a real joy watching y'all. It's especially great seeing how you connect with others and how there are so many people willing and wanting to provide assistance and company. Great videos.
Congratulations 🙂.What a journey! Having been able to experience it vicariously has been a thrill - your videos are so throuroughly enjoyable and wholesome. And funnily enough, I just realized that I had thru-hiked the PCT the same year as you, Greg. Best of luck!
La gente en México es buena, no se arrepentirán de estar aquí. Si pasan por Durango aquí tienen su casa. Espero con ansias el próximo capítulo. Saludos.
The last couple of episodes have been really fun for me. I live in Northern Nevada but grew up around Phoenix Arizona. I went to college in Flagstaff. You've been covering my home territory for weeks!
the spider ! LOLOLOL that scene cracked me up. A new video put a smile on my face. I saw it mid day friday and saved it for my Friday night treat after work.. safe travels! Also, Victoria cracks me up. What a great attitude.
Thanks alot for uploading an amazing video again. Big fan from The Netherlands. These videos give me hope that one day I myself can also go out and explore more again. Struggling with chemo effects and health thing but you bring so much joy!
Thank you so much! Hope these videos can be a nice escape and give you some inspiration for when you're in better health. Wishing you a speedy recovery amigo
Hey y’all, so happy to watch your progress. I helped make the panniers on your bike (MLD rocks!) and was wondering what were your thoughts on them? We have an updated version, with some better reinforcements, let me know how your current set is holding out. I’m so envious of what you’re doing but I love that I get to live vicariously through you.
Thats so cool! I love them, perfect size and holds everything super securely - doesn't even feel like I'm riding with panniers. There isn't any noticeable wear yet, still going strong! Don't think I'll need the extra space for Central America as we'll be in towns a lot more frequently, so thinking of going without them for this next section - but will definitely be picking them up again once we hit Columbia and below for the really remote stuff. thanks for following along, I'm very proud to show off your handiwork!
Just discovered you guys on RUclips and have been watching previous videos starting from when you first left in Alaska. I'm thinking that if there were more Greg and Victoria people, the world would be a better place. God speed on your journey. ❤
Quality people making quality content. You are both so genuine and I love watching your videos, the stoke you guys have for the places you are exploring is infectious! I make sure to keep my notifications on for your videos, keep crushing it out there 💪
This embodies good living. It’s simple, it’s outside, it’s only roughly planned out, and things are going wrong! Couldn’t be too much better!! Thanks guys. Really thank you so much.
Such a gorgeous video once again. Your skills have so much improved over the course of the year, super well done! Love your music choices too. Wherever you are right now, hope you're both doing well, happy and healthy!
If the word, "perseverance" had a picture beside it in the dictionary, it would be a picture of y'all! I am always excited to see a new video! God bless you and keep you, Greg and Victoria.
Really excited you made it to Mexico! It has been fun seeing you go through places I have been before throughout the western USA, and look forward to seeing some familiar and new-to-me areas in Mexico through your lens! Buena suerte Victoria y Greg!
The amount of joy these videos bring me! Thank you for sharing your journey and spreading your positivity, pragmatism, sense of adventure and gratitude ❤
Great to see another video from you. Congrats on your success so far….looking forward to more episodes. It is such an amazing an adventure for you both!
Agonizing to have to rush the schedule with a new look at the "official' documents. Still, counteracting that with the random presence of wild animals along the trail shows what is worthwhile. I love coming up on animals on the bike. They're so confused - what is this thing? The pronghorn antelope, in particular, were so funny! Thanks.
Beautiful travels and happy moments. You both have a very relaxed attitude form what I see on these videos the way you aproach each fase of your journey and that is very inspiring. Looking forward to your adventures south of the border........Cheers from Oregon state.
Greg, when ya went to Parker Canyon with Mike and Stacy. Ya, that pool at the end. I'm the one who got stuck and faceplanted, twice. Dont go in there. HA! Wonderful journey, glad y'all got to see our State of Arizona.
You two are experiencing trail angels on the road …what would we call them … road angels … you have so many road angels guiding your way .. as we say in the states “LET THE ADVENTURE BEGIN” …
You guys ❤❤ i have followed every pedal stroke of this journey that you have filmed. Simply stunning and this last one is the best. Victoria has really blossomed Infront of the camera as the series developed and seeing her joy at return home is enough to make it feel like someone is cutting onions in the van! Even taxi the van dog had moist eyes! Wishing you both happy miles and smiles on this next stage of your beautiful journey. Lots of love from jay and taxi back in the uk.
Hello Greg and Victoria. Good to see that Victoria is doing very good healthwise. I can't say this enough Greg, Awesome views, great background music. Good to see that both of you are having such an amazing time/trip. Yes Vicky "Mexico, Mexico..." Thank you guys for such an amazing peek to your trip/adventure. Love You Guys!!!! Keep it up. Greetings from Ecatepec, Edo. de Mexico. Can't wait to see what you have for us in the next videos. Hugs and Kisses.
5:10 seeing Victoria preparing that monster of a wrap I just thought that you guys must eat like literal horses. Like the amount of energy you spend each day for an extended period of time must be hard to be refilled!
Also, huge congratulations on this epic milestone! About half way?! P.S. I expect you may have noticed, but do you realise that occasionally you say some things with a very slight inflection of Victoria's accent now!!
Your videos are such an inspiration. I can't believe you have been on the road for a year. It takes a lot to over come the hardships, but the reward is always greater. Airzona is beautiful place and where I live, now. I am a full time nomad. I am originally from N. Y and left my small town in upstate NY to explore my dreams.
Congratulations on getting to Mexico! I've just been watching all your videos over the last two days, and what an absolute joy it is to follow along. Such an incredible journey you're on, and it's definitely inspiring me to get out and do more long distance adventures. All the best for you ongoing journey, can't wait to see the next video 😃
BRAVO! hopefully you reach the halfway point in 2 or 3 (or 4?) episodes. hard to believe mexico will just be country #3 on this trip. seems like you've circled the globe already.
I just looked it up, had no idea we were so close to halfway! Looks like it's a town called Chontalpa in southern Mexico - we'll probably get down there early next year. Thanks for following along!
Hello you both, your videos are always very interesting and full of breathtaking images. With your youthful lightheartedness you make them even more special. I wish you many more wonderful adventures on the rest of your trip. Take care. By the way, the pictures with the new camera are even better...
btw for anyone who gets waterdamage on electronic things, best thing is take out battery, which should be extremely easy on camereas, the water trapped inside can vaporize later if use it. so take out battery, and don't use it at all until completly dry, not even once. don't stick it in rice or anything like that, just let it air out, mayby shake, and open up(which in this situation is not happening, and dont do if never done before, especially camereas) might varie based on where in world, but just let it be for a day or 2, I know tempting to test right after, but better not test, and let it dry out. anyway awesome video, found these the other day, and on my second round wathing all these videoes, loving it!! I want to try go camping with my bike too, just for a day or 2 too start with, social anxiaty makes it difficult, got plenty of time, and love cycling, these videos are so inspiring to make priorityze being able to go outside with bike, been wanting to do trips around here in Norway, and mayby sweden for many years now, I feel like this year is the year to get started, got much more gear ready, bike is ready, and I feel ready. wish you best in your next videos, Looking forward to next video.. I think it is like number 15 now, so much fun to see this whole journey, looking forward to see 16
