I pray that I can find someone in Michigan who can do this type of work. I don't build things, but I watch it enough lol, and I can clearly see that the effort and skill here is top tier.
13:56 "got the mars rover here", got me too actually laugh out loud. I just started watching your videos today, watched about three of them already, great contact, keep doing what you're doing.
This is my 3rd video of yours and I enjoy how you break down the important things of a job into a concise video. I know nothing about the trades, but I'm persistent and handy. I'd need to educate myself about diy builds, but channels like this make that process sooo much easier. I would literally follow all your steps and scower the comments for more trades secrets. These videos and comments are a master-guide to building something veryyy nice. Love it and keep up the great work! It'd be so nice to actually know how the plumbing, electrical, etc works in your house so when a problem arises, you are able to more capably diagnose the problem
I’ve been watching your content for a while. The production quality of your videos has gotten noticeably better. If you’ve brought on more shooters and/or editors to help out, it’s paying off! This is one of my favorite channels on RUclips and this video was excellent, start to finish. Props dude! Keep it up.
Those quartz countertops alone are really high up there. Seeing how he did it himself I’m guesstimating he spent around $10-15k in materials. Add in the labor and you’re looking at a $40k + job
Wow, you have both done a fabulous job. The kitchen looks absolutely beautiful. Your wife must be so happy. Which room are you taking on next? I can't wait to see what you are going to do to the rest of the house. Thank you so much for sharing this video xx
Can you make a video on how you convince your wife to live in a construction site for weeks at a time? I can’t get my wife to agree on cutting the power off so I can change a light switch.
Get your finance buddy to show her how much money you can make in increased equity and cost savings by doing it yourself, obviously with the additional ad revenue generated. Probably and easy sell and she can afford to live somewhere else for the worst of the days or to get out of the house to the in-laws/parents
You know, if there’s one thing that always in short supply, it’s counter space. During a complete kitchen renovation, they usually replace the floor. So it would be possible to put a few scissor lifts between the joists to create a table which can be raised only as needed. When it’s down, it’s invisible.
I would have covered the hood with copper sheets to match the brass looking hardware and create an interesting focal point. But that's just a matter of taste. Fantastic badass work.
the author does like to from scratch, shaping and trimming wood from large blocks into fine finished products. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxD-QRFQz730FJEh4f9BYSf-nkIMIC9hL_ as another reviewer mentioned, most projects require a lot of high-dollar equipment that most of us dont have the room or budget for. But, knowing how to do these things, even if we wont be able to practice the full stack project, is still great.
Definitely appreciate the work done so beautiful 😍 👍🏻 But the old kitchen was not bad even the countertops are as so neat. Can’t we remove it without breaking in it?? As I am planning to do but don’t want to destroy old granite would love to donate it.
You do such beautiful work! And I love that you're a patriot! Do you ever do small kitchen makeovers for others? My husband is a veteran and we have a toddler with Down syndrome and are in need of a very small kitchen makeover! We would love to meet you!!!
Hola! Thanks for producing this video. I watched the whole series, this was kind of like the "highlights" version YET I could not walk away. You said that the next project is transforming the living room into the media/rec/bonus room; kinda sounds like the design is happening as you demo hahaha! Do you have it pinned down as to what you are doing next?? Either way, can't wait to watch. Take care and have a good one :D
Hi All, I just want to make sure, is cutting/dry sanding the stone in US safe? In Australia there is a rise in silicosis. I just want to ensure theres awareness of this and make sure all relevant PPE and safety measures are in place. I'm open for anyone to correct me if I'm wrong. Cheers! Be safe all!
Hey man I think your videos are great I'm a war veteran from desert storm and desert shield I meet some kids in walmart and they asked me if I was in world War 2..... I was like ( in my mind... right hand give me some room Cuz when they turn 18 gonna be a bit slap) please just be happy and love your family and don't stop teaching ☺
I want to get rid of the Microwave over the Stove. Is there a specific kind you need to put them in the cabinet like that? or is that just a standard Microwave?
I pray that I can find someone in Michigan who can do this type of work. I don't build things, but I watch it enough lol, and I can clearly see that the effort and skill here is top tier.
I literally binge watched your kitchen series last night and can't believe you created a vid just on your kitchen start to finish!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!
Hope you enjoy!
As someone in the industry I can say this is absolutely amazing, the quality and time you took on this kitchen is exceptional. Great work
I love how you were so involved with the quartz countertops you dont really get to see indepth like that in most of these reno vids

The content and the work you've put out on this house is insane!
Seeing someone build from scratch is really nice to see, so much talent and skills. Great video
The renovation came out great! I want to do the same colors and style in our home
Go for it!

You guys really should be wearing a mask when you’re doing that demolition and all that shit in the air. Can’t be good for your lungs.
would love a cost break down of this project! Turned out amazing.
Construction works by a simple math rule .. just roughly estimate what you think it will cost .. then multiply that by 3 😂🤣.
@@Re5ist_ance yesssss! Sooo true! 🤣
@@Re5ist_ance or you just RUclips how to lol

That turned out so good. Love the details, like the granite shelves beside the DIY hood cover!
I hope you long life and happiness. How much you are kind and nice guy to do this stuff for your home and family
Gotta love being able to keep the same cabinets. And, adding the uppers to fill the dead space above was a great idea.
Work of art. There are some videos that make me think “hey I could do that” and then I see something like this and start looking if you’re in VA.
Gorgeous!!! Appreciate all the little details around the work that went into this
Can you make a video on how you convince your wife to live in a construction site for weeks at a time? I can’t get my wife to agree on cutting the power off so I can change a light switch.
Walk her to your kitchen with this video pulled up. Ask her if she wants what you got or what's on the video. Lol

Shes out getting plowed by his buddies
Us guys underestimate the time and cost of diy by 50%. Somehow women learn this about us quickly ;)
😂
What an AMAZING transformation!!!!
this is the best kitchen makeover I've ever seen WOW.
The missus has excellent taste. Congrats on the new kitchen. Love the sconces!!
I would love to watch someone work through fixing up a car who doesn’t know how. Sounds like an awesome theme and project. Post as much as you can.
It’s beautiful, looks way better than the old kitchen.
So beautiful! What a lovely finish..
Seriously impressive! Great work! Great video showing off the great work!
Great job! That kitchen looks amazing!

This was a phenomenal job! I love the new kitchen - thank you for being so detailed with your videos!
Beautiful new kitchen. God bless you and your family.
You did a great job on this kitchen man, looks awesome!
Demo is soooooo satisfying 🥹
I’m living this renovation right now and can feel the concrete dusk covering everything including the flatscreen TV on the wall.
I would have covered the hood with copper sheets to match the brass looking hardware and create an interesting focal point. But that's just a matter of taste. Fantastic badass work.
Great make over, I wish I could change my profession after watching this video. Your wife is lucky.
So modern looking. I love it.
😍 Omg I'm so jelly! Gorgeous kitchen.
That’s an amazing transformation!

Breathtaking
You do such beautiful work! And I love that you're a patriot! Do you ever do small kitchen makeovers for others? My husband is a veteran and we have a toddler with Down syndrome and are in need of a very small kitchen makeover! We would love to meet you!!!
And we're in Boise!!
Me personally, I think I would have painted the bottom cabinets a smoke gray to match the counter top and break up so much white.
It's beautiful! I would have loved to have those double-ovens, though. 😞
I cant even imagine tearing up a kitchen that looked that good...
Amazing
We have texture wall. Can you do vlog what to do texture ceiling?
Everytime I watch one of your videos you do an amazing job, better than anything I could ever think of.

Can we see how big the pantry is? I love the layout and would like to do something similar with my space but would like to see pantry size
It looks fantastic 😮😲👌
Looks wonderful! Question though, how did you patch the exterior siding when you moved the exhaust vent?
Amazing!!!! Love, this kitchen.
BEAUTIFUL 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯 💯
Been waiting on this!!

Wow! Fantastic work.
Looks amazing what what did you use for flooring? what color and type is it?

Yeah, a great mask sure wouldnt hurt!
just wear a mask
Definitely need masks if you're dry sanding. But length of time exposure should dictate the danger level.
It looks so nice
good video but at 15:53 I am not sure why create another hole in the outside, instead of extends current duct work.
Where do you put island outlets? I don't see it on the side and the back (doesnt meet code requirements)
Can someone please share what is the paint colour used on interior walls and also on the kitchen cabinets ?
Hey! You did the floors too
This guy is a monster what a beast!
Fortunately they’re not blue!! Your huge balls that is. Well done!
You have a beautiful home dude, here in England we don't have that, your kitchen is literally bigger than a whole house here in uk

You’re a beast bro
Beautiful!
What's the name and brand of the "liquid sandpaper"??
Klean strip - Sander deglosser from HD
That island looks awesome! What is the total dimension of you don’t mind me asking?
Grgeous! But I would want to keep my 2 ovens! or did I miss the 2nd one in the reveal?
Where do you learn to make things like this?
Can you please let me know where are those barstools from???
Did you do a full cost breakdown?
I want to get rid of the Microwave over the Stove. Is there a specific kind you need to put them in the cabinet like that? or is that just a standard Microwave?
unfortunately he never addresses the microwave. the microwave he uses there is clearly an over the range version and made it built in
