In the beginning, I thought "Oh, he's a carpenter/framer/roofer and/or structural engineer. Whew!" Then I thought "Hot dang, he's got an electrician's background too!" Then came the drywall, the plumbing, the HVAC, the tiling, the flooring, the cabinet-making, the masonry, the landscaping! That's A LOT of skills! I'm beyond impressed at the level of accomplishment this represents for a single individual. Gobsmacked!
