How do you train the dog to know what ”free” means? ☺️

This is so impressive, thank you! I’ll try this with my German shepherd pup, but he’s an insane 5 month old with no previous training (I just got him).
How I wish I could train my 7 dogs the command “stay”. They’re stubborn😭

Is 8 weeks GSD too young ? I’ve perfected sit, crate, spin and paw. But stay is a little difficult

I have a puppy just as old as dewey and a two year old german shepherd.
I had a trainer come and help me train the bigger dog, he learned sit, down and stay. But I feel that he sometimes forgets the comands, or tries to push boundaries so I've restarted training sessions on my own. Does this makes sense to you? or is there a better aproach?
The puppy is pure joy, in a week he has learned sit, down, play dead and stays a little bit. Now I'm going to introduce the stay comand to him.

Your dog behaves how you let it behave. Just saying that it's a pitbull is not a reason, it's a poor excuse... just because your dog is strong doesn't mean it will not follow commands, you would have let it not follow commands over time.
