Do you prefer real leather to faux leather? I mean, I'm always the opposite, I'm happy to buy faux leather products as I cannot stand the idea of killing animals for my own benefit. Where do you stand in this matter? (just curious) I loved the way you edited the breakfast part by the way! x
I agree it'd be interesting to hear Chanelette's opinion on that, but I guess some people feel like they're being grilled or demonized based on their purchasing choices especially when it comes to animal activism and the real fur/leather vs fake debate. It's so controversial after all. In my opinion, despite the fact faux leather is more ethical and affordable, real leather looks more expensive and is superior quality; stronger and more durable but also softer, ages well. But these days many reputable brands have faux leather lines that could pass as the real thing. They might not stand the test of time like a leather bag would but they still look classy and beautiful. Each to their own I guess :) xo
