I live for your vlogs! Jane Eyre is one of my all time favorites, still waiting for my Mr Rochester, haha... after you read it I suggest watching the movie, it's quite good too! when it comes to Antony and Cleopatra... well, it's definitely a must read for Shakespeare lovers even though I struggled a bit while reading it :D

I've been to the place where Emily Bronte was born many time, it a place named ofter her family, Bronte Country. It's not fare from my family home in Lancashire, she lived in the Yorkshire Pennines in the North of England. You can actually go in the Bronte home, it's amazing inside, the room where she and her sister did all their writing. In one the there's a dress in a glass case that belonged to one of the sisters, the wast I believe is 12 inches soooo tiny. I've had those ASOS hoops for a couple months now & I was never able to close them so they always get snagged on all my sweaters but I love them too much to change them

Oh my gosh I totally feel you on the French fri thing. My boyfriend and I are also in an LDR (he's from Belgium and I'm from New Jersey) and last summer was my first time visiting him there and the fries were just so amazing! now I crave them almost every day >.< theyre just so good I can't help it! The only thing I've ever heard about La Mav is that they're cruelty-free. So that's always a positive. Can you let us know what you think of the mineral powder? If it's any good I'd like to try it.
Australian here and never heard of La Mav. It's not mainstream. Maybe available in health lifestyle shops here.
I like your videos in general, both vlogs and others... Don't you think a big part of you not having clients is that you are actually not a makeup artist? and by that I mean that you aren't professional in that area. I think majority of people, when paying for a service would like to get it professionally done or at least expect that... I'd day if you go to a makeup artistry school and learn all of the techniques you would get way more clients thank now :) anyway,good luck with the business:)
+Greta V Not really because having a paper won't change anything. I know all of the techniques and people look at your work, not at your certificate, etc. Everyone's different though, maybe some judge the artist by their diploma.
+Chanelette Yes of course I agree, but I think in this instance it's not the paper but rather the knowledge. Most successful makeup artists constantly go to seminars and trainings to improve. But hey if you think you know it all thats fine too I guess :)
+Greta V Of course I don't know it all and noone does, there are always things to learn but why are you assuming that I'm not trying to improve or learn something all the time? Seminars and courses aren't the only ways to lear, you know. Anyhow..
+Chanelette I just don't consider youtube or internet in general as training, because in that case I could probably be an engineer without going to college. I don't think you would go to a hairdresser, for example, that is "self-trained", would you? by the way, an artistry school also helps to build a portfolio of your work too. I guess that's just my point of view.

Loreal is my favorite drugstore brand. Love that nail color. I may have it. lol I'll have to check my stash. I have a Loreal polish on now. It's one of those dual ended newer polishes. There's actually two small bottles. It's a blackened red, it's gorgeous. The name isn't on the package, but I think the name lady is in it. lol

Jane Eyre is such a fascinating novel, it grasps you from the inside, it's powerful, dramatic and elegant at the same time. On the other hand, Wuthering Heights is not elegant at all, it's too raw and bad tempered for my liking. Jane Eyre is a book you'll never forget, and you'll get back to it again and again over the years; and you'll recommend it to your family, cousins, future daughters, etc...
You really do look like Veronica Lake. Anyhow, I think Grace Kelly was far more elegant than Marilyn Monroe. You really can pair yourself with the most beautiful, I hope someone offers you to act on a movie!
I think all those business ideas are very good ones, try them! If I lived close at all I would do all of that. As a business owner, those are great, smart ideas. A good way to expand and extend yourself, widen your market :) Keep up the good work!

so here it comes: I think it´s a brilliant idea to offer a shop and assist makeup service. I would have loved that. because my make up picks would always be horrible and remain forever (very pale, not easy to find the right match in drugstore).
I still see it in my mom´s habit of shopping make up. she goes for Rihanna golden, but she´s more my color (pale, swedish).
I´m from germany otherwise I think an appointment in your studio would make totally sense, as i love the colors and make up u pick and wear.
anyways. I hope your estee lauder meeting will turn out fine. you´re gorgeous and I´m sure they will love you.
