  • Where are all my back sleepers at?! 👀💤
    We’ll keep this one simple with two important tips for ya:

    What the?! Damn....i have a lot of back pain and neck pain when i sleep. I seem to be a back sleeper and i always tey to sleep on my side. My pillow is too high and hard. I also have a lot pillows lol

    I "discovered" this for myself last year and now I can't sleep any other way. My lower back is happier 😊

    I've completely ditched my pillow. I just sleep with an old blanket that I fluff up in a weird pile and it molds to my head so much easier and its just the right texture for me to relax.

      @@JustinWaddy-vc4mi you just reset the pile. Its quite comfortable. Ever just lay in a pile of laundry as a kid? Same concept. Loosely fluff it into a vague lump and lay down. Theres not much height and it molds to your head and neck.

    Yeah, I can see that my back get relaxed because of the pelvic tilt caused by the pillows putting under the legs, however, don't you think that the groin: the front of the hip joint, the muscle in the front is getting shortened and under stress all night. I think I have problem in the front of the groin if I put pillows under my legs like the way you suggested

      Your hip flexors need some work if they can't be in a shortened position for a period of time. The body is made to use its full range of motion.

    Thats how i sleep. I thought i was weird because i have to elevate my legs like that. If i dont, my partner wakes me up and im holding my legs in the air in my sleep. Lol. Idk why i lift my legs in my sleep
