I reversed my own cavity! My dentist never told me I could or how. I looked it up and did it on my own. I oil pulled for 4-6 months, plus I boiled farm egg shells then ground them up and added ground egg shells in my smoothies. 6 months later all gone. This kind of dentistry saved my life. I had chronically infected roots. No dentist believed me, because nothing showed on x-rays (not even a 3D cone scan), although I went to several different ones. After 12 years of not getting treatment my body was so aggravated I kept getting anaphylactict reactions out of the blue. Got tested for mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) even, but was negative. Later, after I had finally got rid of those infected teeth and the anaphylaxes had stopped right along with that, the doctor who had previously tested me for MCAS told me that these symptoms are often caused by inflammation somewhere in the body. In my case it was in my teeth and jaw bone. And it took a dentist with knowledge in biological dentistry, to see the connection and help me.
I truly don't know how this would have ended, had I not found this dentist.

I’m keeping this tooth. I am doing Dr. Ellie Phillips regiment. Except the listerine causes my blood pressure to go sky high! I am going to do carnivore with fermented veggies that support good microbiome along with xylitol and inulin. Fermented veggies that support good microbiome! I think I can reverse it. Negative Gram bacterias do not show up on any imaging! Including cone beam. "MCAS" & fermented foods, could be self sabotaging! Fermentation increases histamine, H1 & H2 blocker, Xyzal! & lowers MCAS. Have done well with Culina plain yogurt yet sabotaged with Bubbis sauerkraut & pickles with MCAS out of control along with fermented ciders. Take care! t@@rochellefreeland4338

Dont worry, I won't take a toaster bath because I can't do that to my family. But I wish I could go back, knowing what I know now. I don't know why I'm listening to this and similar podcasts because it's just making me sob for so many reasons. I miss food. I miss talking normally. I miss singing. God, I miss food. I miss breathing and blowing my nose normally. And to top it all off I still have the toothaces in some places where I no longer have teeth so... I made a lot of, a lot of mistakes. But the biggest mistake I ever made was listening to and trusting my dentist thinking they knew best.

It's a big trauma. Can you get dentures? That may not sound like what you want but they can give you a smile back and the ability to eat and speak better. My mom had dentures before I was even born and now she's 90. You'd never know. She eats and talks normally. They have to fit well, that's the key. Find someone you can talk to about how terrible you feel about it all so you can work through it. I know how bad life can be sometimes.

I recently had two wisdom teeth removed here in Switzerland and I felt absolutely no pain during removal and once the anesthesia wore off I felt absolutely fine. No pain at all. I didn't always have access to a dentist and the ones I had before going to this Praxis always left me feeling terrible. It really pays off to go to a great dentist that knows what they're doing and cares for their patients. Taking care of my teeth has been one of the most rewarding things in my life, mentally and physically.

@@sabbathsermonthetypist I'm not sure really, Im thinking maybe it's because they were fully erupted and I dont really have any gum issues so there's less chance for any sort of major inflammatory response. I really had 0 pain, 0 noticeable inflammation throughout the entire process. My Dentist also removed each tooth in one piece in what felt like 2 minutes or less, so it could be that the more a dentist has to work around the area the higher chance it will hurt and create inflammation.

I was a hygienist for 18 years and went against my own instincts and got a root canal. I was having pain in the tooth for years after an amalgam was switched to a composite. Must have had an internal fracture. After the root canal, I’ve been getting episodes of fever, followed by a dull headache that turns into excruciating rapidly and then I throw up. It’s not a flu or anything. It’s from toxins in my body. Getting the tooth extracted soon. Watched the Root Cause a few times.

had a root canal in April of this year. 2 weeks later had to go back with extreme sensitivity. The dentist mashed around in there for 2 hours. Tooth seems to be fine now. However, I have constant pain in my shoulders, knees, hips and hands ever since. I am 55 years old, could do 50 pull ups every workout. Now I cannot do one. I only put this together by watching a video where Dr. Dom explained the possible connection. after visits to 3 doctors and being told it was potential auto-immune issue, they all sent me home and told to take tylenol for the pain as i refused other pharma. Ive now exposed myself to xray and ultra sound with no progress. Ive been getting deep fascia massage, accupuncture, was already fasting, cold plunge, red light therapy, controlled diet, no microwave use, only cast iron, no seed oils, no foods with histamine or oxalates, taking supplements for arthritis etc. If the roots canal was the smoking gun.... how do I reverse this? I've ordered Dr. Doms book, hopefully some help is in there.

@@lulazeta8965 I can recommend that you read Dr. Aelread Fonder's paper "Dental distress syndrome quantified" where he documented how bite change human posture. There was also a blog written by Japanese dentist Kazumasa Muratsu where he documented how he was able to fix people's health problems and spine by fixing their bite, but it's no longer available (I have copied all his blog posts). Dr Muratsu however wrote a book about this topic "teeth are our organs".
Our posture depends on our teeth because our body uses the lower jaw to lift the skull and adjust it's hotizontal orientation. If this mechanism is broken (missing teeth), skull will no longer be able to align correctly, and where skull will fall the rest of the body will follow (adapt).
There was nothing I could do to fix my scoliosis without fixing my bite first. With the new bite however, my skull was able to align correctly and very quickly (within minutes) my spine started to fix itself.
This mechanism also works in reverse, so if you have a bad posture, for example, your teeth will realign themselves.

@ozb10 replacing it with an implant was too expensive and it was a molar, so I left it. However, they did initially stuff the hole with sterile cadaver bone, as I thought I was gonna get an implant. I will add: for anyone considering an implant, there is a titanium allergy blood test available but most doctors/dentists will never mention it. Really pays to get that test before having ANY titanium implant, whether tooth, hip, etc.

Nearly all foods in the US are ultra-processed with oils, lots of sugars added and no fiber. I was ambushed with cavities every year the first few years in the US and was eating the traditional American diet (minus the large amounts of soda)
Sugar is everywhere with different names: dextrose, corn syrup, barley malt, stevia, etc. All drinks are nearly made of 50% sugar, it’s better to eat the Whole Foods( whole fruits and veggies) and homemade meals, it is the only way to control your sugar intake. Pasta sauce, salad and burger dressings, peanut butter, sandwich buns, restaurant burger putties, etc., are filled with sugars

My last teeth cleaning, just 1 week ago, there was no plague. The "so called" pin hole cavity that they stated that I had during my last visit, around 3 months ago is healing. I am a 67 year old female and her system definitely works if you use everything exactly as she says.

I am obviouly not going to get ALL my teeth pulled out. I have had an infection with excrutiating pain a couple of weeks ago in the last molar, sensitivity in all my gums... I was treated with antibiotics and the swelling went down but I feel dryness and a numb pain still around that crown. My dentist says there is nothing wrong with it and has given me an appointment in 6 months. I live in Spain.

Colloidal silver is a natural antibiotic and is antiviral, antifungal, antibacterial. It doesn’t kill good bacteria.

Speaking of reversing early cavities/tooth decay, I wonder if there are any natural ways to reverse hairline crack/tooth cracks. I know people say it’s impossible because your teeth is different from bones, but I heard stuff like using hydroxyapatite, oil pulling, and diets that restores/remineralizes your teeth can also help reverse cracks to some degree like how they help with tooth decay reversal.

Wow they just say one little thing and it connected. Like what you chew on. I didn't realize I was training my teeth by chewing gum while I wasn't eating and I sleep with something like cotton on the otherside of my jaw to keep from grinding my teeth. So that's why my teeth stay. I never knew I was exercising my teeth and my whole mouth. No wonder chewing gum costs an arm and a leg now. Because yes we do use more smooties now where we chew less foods and we don't exercise our teeth. Could be why rabbits have such good teeth that constantly grow because they nibble on anything. I guess you can even get a retainer too while you sleep.. So as long as I practiced chewing on things that are not bad for my teeth they stay stronger. I use that special toothpaste too. It was hard to go to the dentist for me because I have that jaw problem that if I open my mouth too wide it will rotate the back of my jaw and it very painfully get stuck. From an expert on fixing that I watched what he does to put it back on track. I use to wait until it popped back and just suffer and I can't close my mouth. There was one black dentist that gave me a check up and he made my mouth get stuck and told me he couldn't help me get it back on track. So I road all the way home on a bus with my mouth opened. I was tramatized by that. So the second time I went to emergency and there was a specialist there and he showed me how to grab the inside of my mouth and fix it and plus there is a video on here that show you how to fix it. Anyway after that one day even if they had to pull my teeth they had to put me under for it. Anyway good news I think I got the jaw thing down and now listening here I found out the practice of chewing kept my teeth strong. Plus having something in your mouth to chew on help stops dry mouth which was my problem too. ❤Happy New Year 2025
This video is very much appreciated TY.

I wish I found out that dental insurance was somewhat inexpensive to be preventative earlier. I've been pretty relentless in my habits, but not educated enough. I have a fair amount of cavities from an alright diet, but a chipped tooth & receding gums I brushed away with a hard toothbrush on purpose at age 17 since I misunderstood my Russian dentist. My gums are actually firm & almost never bleed at least.
I need insurance, which is why I hate the model of all this. I'd like to just know prices & be able to walk in. I've always saw insurance as a barrier to me being able to see professionals. It would have been easy for me to save $40 or whatever a basic visit costs.

Tongue Scraping may be a good idea although dentists say that gut health & illness is what usually causes bad breath and cavities so i would say focus on eating healthy foods and fermented foods, avoid sugar and acidic foods too. That will build a good micriobiome gut that's healthy.. I'd also say work on your sleep and fix and jaw issues if you can, also try to use 10% nano-hydroxyapatite toothbrush and Floss.

Whoever has a root canal, make sure you get them removed ASAP. Slow level infection will become much worse overtime as your immune system breaks down cause all kinds of issues as you get older.

Dear Dr Dom, as I understood from your patient case, you use anesthesia without adrenalin/epinephrine. Something like Citanest Plain or Citanest with Ostapressin?
Also it is really interesting to know what do you think of oral probiotics? For exp.BioGaia Prodentis?

My grandma used the amber mouthwash and ended up with a complete set of dentures. She also did not breastfeed and ended up with breast cancer.

I had an awful experience with recovering from wisdom tooth removal. Issues with thyroid couple years later. I wonder if it’s somehow connected.

I breastfed my daughter for 3 years and fed her a very good diet thereafter. She's now nearly 13 and needs expansion. She was dairy gluten soya free from 2 yrs of age until 8 yrs of age and her tonsils never went down so she mouth breathes in her sleep. I tried so hard and nothing worked for her. SHe's very sick.

If you look at videos of Carnivore Diet and read the comments it seems to cure everything, particularly teeth! I am 77 and mouth breathe and realise it has caused so many problems for me but will be buying mouth tape, some just go round the outside the mouth so no risk of suffocation! Namaste 🙏

@@tumbleweeduk7479 hiya - you can tape the 3m tape across the lips and yo uwill not suffocate :) We are starting myofunctional therapy but cannot get in until March. I'm not convinced about carnivore - we need to feed our microbiome and they need veg and fruit.

Parasites and heavy metal cleanse. It might be Candida because my 10 year old has the same issues. I’ve done lots of research to find this out. I’m getting ready to do her cleanse. Roger’s hood cleanse is what I got for her.

Not necessarily your fault. For example, studies with mice show that preconception malnutrition of mothers with non-wholefood starch transfers to children, they grow lesser healthy teeth and need correction. Read about it in a book of german wholefood doctor max-otto bruker.

Dentists honestly ruined my teeth. So disrespectful in a lot of cases. But there is also a big amount of people that just don't want to take responsibility for there own health. You have to respect life. Shame I can't grow the 5 back I've lost but this changed my outlook on life massively.
