    For the importance of discipline and hosting-country, this is comparable to the Italian soccer squad win in the semifinal against Germany - 2006 World Cup.

      i don't think.. italy is a country leader in soccer. The difference with nordic ski leading nation like norway is huge.

    Fauner had a better sprinting technique than Dæhlie, pretty clear when you see them. Dæhlie is stressing too much.

    For a country like Italy where the average temperature is 72 degree fahrenheit, it's like the Jamaicans winning bobsled races.

      Italy has Alps, Jamaica doesn't. Winter in North of Italy, specially on the mountains, can be as cold and tough as Norway

    Italians cheated.....EPO

      EPO in Torino 2006 too?

    • @mattieaflo
      @mattieaflo 6 лет назад +2

      Ciro Cocco Probably. They cheated in the Tour De France during the 90s they most likely cheated here.
      How old was De Solt? 80? And he outskied the Norwegians? Yeah right.

    • @cirococco1441
      @cirococco1441 6 лет назад +2

      Matthews, in Torino 2006 Italy won the same relay...EPO? Something about Ole Einar Bjørndalen? He is 44 years old now...and he runs and wins...he has the same age of De Zolt in Lillehammer...

    • @mattieaflo
      @mattieaflo 4 года назад

      @@cirococco1441 Fact...Italians implemented EPo into their programs in the 90s...that’s why they started doing well inendurance sports. Look at the Tour de France during that time.
      Cheaters cheaters cheaters

      Highly possible, but do you think Norwegians weren't doped? Oh yeah like all Spaniards from Nadal to all the footballers in the 05-12 era, it's well known they were drinking water
