Looks fantastic on the Jeep. Good job on this video, thanks for the info. I just bought a black primed grill for my 2022. Trying to decide how I want to paint it.
It held up very well the few times I went into an automatic car wash. I usually wash the Jeep by hand and never had any issues with bonding. The only thing over time that wears the finish down has been the rocks and such from the road that hit the grill, but it protected the original paint! Go for it and let us know how it turns out!
What exactly happened with the weather strip? I believe you say you taped it of but then it looks like you were peeling dip off of it afterwards. Thanks in advance.
I taped it off then the dip stuck to it and pulled off as I pulled the tape. So taping it off was not a good idea! I think a light cut with a razor knife should’ve helped release the dip better. Thanks for checking it out!

Color matched grill was so much sicker bro
Very interesting. What other things can this dip be used on.
Looks good came out really nice to me
Was curious how well it holds up to the car wash ? I’m sitting in lowes parking lot watching your video, I’m going for it thanks 👍🏽

Nice job, I wanna do my fenders !
How did it hold up? We have a 2020 and want to do this to the hood.
It held up great! I had a few dings in the dip from rocks after a few long road trips but it protected the paint from damage!
How has it held up?
It held up just fine, I sold the Jeep a few years back.

I thinking you should still tape it up but cut it with a razor when everything is dried and ready b4 you take the tape off...
