    This reminds me of FuXi Bagua where we hold the same postures while walking the circle with a mud step.

      Hi. similar to this form that can be done standing like in the clip or with circlewalking either vid muddsteps or with lionsteps. All depending on the goal and background in training. Nice to hear that you enjoyd it :)

    Thanks. I do a little Zhan Zhuang and these look very useful. I assume since there are 8 posts they correspond to the eight trigrams and are thus very balanced in terms of health and meditation improvements? Ideally hold each posture 3-5 minutes?

      Hello Michael. You are correct in your assumtion about the eight posts ant the eight trigrams. The posts improve health strength and endurance. They balance the inner with the outer so to speak.
      The time for each post is upp to the individuall but as in Zhan Zhuang the longer the better. It is a good way to start with 1-2 minutes each post and then prolong as one progress up to perhaps 8-10 minutes each post. But never do more than what is accepted by body and mind.
