@@inrptn of course not but the chorus sounds a good bit like unconscious melody, they morph into the same song in my head. I was very intrigued by the intro, then the same ol’ chorus-drenched jangle guitar line came in and I felt disappointed. Bands can evolve without becoming repetitive, I used to believe they were one of those bands. This is only my opinion.

@@cynthiakansas4681 maybe try listening to the whole album before passing judgement? Also one familiar passage doesn't tarnish an entire band's body of work. And finally, what a band is known for / does well is often exactly what fans want more of. Are they wrong to give fans what they want? Not every band is some avant-garde visionary. Some bands are never original at all.
