The track is actually taken from a videogame they've written music to (and also is one of my personal favorite stories ever told, absolutely recommend, tho the comments here are choke-filled with spoilers for the game I already see...), Disco Elysium.

This is maybe the most emotional and nostalgic song ever created. It’s not even a song. It’s more of a sea of melancholy and emotion. I love it and I fully think that you should check out their other songs. They are criminally underrated.
