I'm running ktuner on my swapped DC integra. When I have connection/upload issues I key off, unplug USB cable and restart the program. It works but if I can go back in time I would have spent the extra on kpro.

I was having the same problem with my ktuner. Make sure when it tells you to reset the ktuner and key off you unplug the USB cable and make sure your status LEDs on the board go out. It takes a couple seconds for the ECU to loose some stored power. Also check your connections at the ECU board and that the end user board is seated in the sockets.

rear window defrost is the one u said u didnt know what it was
When your flashing the ecu you need to make sure you have a power supply to the battery. If it's below a certain voltage it won't flash.
What wheels are you using on blueberry they look extra lightweight
They look like Rota Slipstreams to me.
For viewers if you can avoid set screw wasregates do so. Turbosmart wastegates are far better and cant have this issue. Reccomended to me by Fueltech so i bought the 45mm Turbosmart. A wastegate is a very poor area to try and save money.
I destroyed a built motor years ago those little screws on the waste gate vibrate off and it over boost it broken valves drop into the cylinder it showed on the data it went to 45psi
