My PB bass is 4.0 pounds not that big but I have been fishing for only about 4 moths. Love you channel!!

the number after the period is percentage of 1 pound aka 16ounces. so anything around .25 is quarter pound aka 4 ounces, .75 would be 12 ounce etc.. the proper way to call the weight is ex: 4.65 or just 4.6 pounder or even just simply 4 and a half pounder but for records just multiply 16x.65 for the exact ounces.

I caught my pb last summer when I went back to my hometown. My buddy had caught a 14 pound bass out of it 2 years ago. And last year when I went back I caught an 18.6 pound bass on a solid white weightless fluke!
I really miss freshwater fishing down south. I live near Pittsburgh and I'm lucky if I can catch a 1 pounder LMB. All of my bass are small. Guess I need to be a little more selective about where I fish and which gear I use. My bass rig is a Daiwa Procaster baitcaster with a 7'3" one piece medium rod and 30 lb Field and Stream braid. I have been getting some new lures and I bought a bunch of Googan Baits today from Dick's. I'm hoping to be posting pics of my 3-5 lb largemouth here soon. Honestly, I'd be happy with a 2 pounder for now. I grew up fishing in Florida, so I used to get 4-6 pounders on a regular basis.
