Did you pick up any tips or training approaches following them around? I assume this is a zone 2 ride? It looks like some of them spend a decent amount of time "jogging" out of the saddle even though it is zone 2?
All tips are already in Internet, they will not tell you magic secret tips how to train or become faster. But just riding with them - gives you more than riding alone or with other amateurs. You learn which lines to take on descents, how you body should work and so on.
