      It happens in slovenia. But he is only with his girlfriend. Some time ago i over take him with ebike at 55 kmh xD. He was like what was that. I almost hit him to be honest. He was coming from side road and i from main and its was on a corner and i was clearly to fast. When he was younger we were cycling together he was small kid back then. Me and mycoworker and bunch of kids and their trainer wich happens to be neigbour of my coworker.

    It looks so chill, even when they're riding in their highest gear, but it feels like they're on a lighter gear, haha. I almost died when riding 50-15s, lol, but now I can keep an average pace with 50-15s. Just relax on your bike and don't stress out when you're tired. Take it easy and enjoy the ride-think about things that make you happy. When you start riding, use a higher gear to get comfortable first. Then, after 5-8 km, lower your gear and start pushing.

      I think we can accept that these cyclists are first and foremost likely genetically pre-disposed to already have the potential to do better than the average person.
      That said, their full time cycling schedule also means that they, contrary to popular belief, have it a lot easier than us, to reach the maximum genetic potential allotted to them. We have to contend with work while riding; their work, is literally, just to ride.

    Why do they stand up for 5-10 seconds and sit down again without accelerating? What is the purpose?

      Yeah, I figured it had something to do with that.. Is this something you start doing pretty quick after starting the ride? I started cycling this year and i love it, but I struggle a lot with butt pain after a while, even tho I have done a fair share of “longer” rides. I suspect that I perhaps need to focus on standing up more

    You were riding a higher cadence than Pogi. What's up with that?

      Everyone should ride with same cadence as Pogi?)

    • @crghyz
      @crghyz Месяц назад +1

      @artem4ik19 I didn't say that. My comment concerned my understanding that Pogi is known to ride with a higher than average cadence yet compared to you his RPMs were slower. I found that surprising, that's all..

    Impressive is the 3##W sustained for several minutes, reaching those numbers for one or two minutes is not a great challenge, keeping it means this is zone 2 for them.
