It looks so chill, even when they're riding in their highest gear, but it feels like they're on a lighter gear, haha. I almost died when riding 50-15s, lol, but now I can keep an average pace with 50-15s. Just relax on your bike and don't stress out when you're tired. Take it easy and enjoy the ride-think about things that make you happy. When you start riding, use a higher gear to get comfortable first. Then, after 5-8 km, lower your gear and start pushing.
Everybody wants to know these boys ftp...let's say they were riding at 70%, therefore we can presume something as 390/ 380 w for 1 hour. These kids are amazing. And you are also an amazing rider, bro!!!!
A lot of people think pro are training like hell all the time but it's wrong . I did many training with Bjarne Ris when he was top lever , most of the time they go easy . Of course easy for them is hard for a normal cyclist
@@turtleneck369I confirm it helped me a lot a lot of hematocrit after epo and trt but problem is bpm is always higher than normal so you can’t look at the bpm zones need to know your watts zones

If you are 2x heavier - you need 2x times the power. Math is clear hear, isnt ? More or less, but bringing mass up the hill takes energy-like sisifus, the bigger, the rock, the more power
270 watts for 4 hours is quite attainable for an average cyclists as a daily power output, as long as you train 3-4 hours 5-6 days a week year round. There someone had to say it
I think we can accept that these cyclists are first and foremost likely genetically pre-disposed to already have the potential to do better than the average person. That said, their full time cycling schedule also means that they, contrary to popular belief, have it a lot easier than us, to reach the maximum genetic potential allotted to them. We have to contend with work while riding; their work, is literally, just to ride.
question, why do i see so many amateur cyclists swing their arms so much when out the saddle when even tadej doesn't do it? He does swing but its not excessive or exaggerated like the other rides 5:26

Impressive is the 3##W sustained for several minutes, reaching those numbers for one or two minutes is not a great challenge, keeping it means this is zone 2 for them.
Imagine being out for a ride on one of your local routes and 3 UAE riders including the most dominant rider in recent history just cruises by you.
