I am recovering from an injury. I should start cycling again in January. Watching this video has definitely motivated me. The numbers on the screen give me an idea of what to aim for for my training rides. Plus, I am sort of new to cycling so this helps.

This is quite funny Artem : I followed Bingoal-Wallonie team from top of Coll de Rates yesterday, and... I lost their wheel exactly when going downhill to Callosa d'en Sarrià. It's absolutely crazy to see how ''naturally'' skilled they are. I felt at my maximum trying to follow them while I consider(ed) myself good in downhill. At the end, I did let them go because I didn't want to take any risk and disturb them. Being able to follow UAE in that downhill proves your skill isn't bad at all.

Nice ride. When your heart rate was 140, I think I would have been @ 150, so I was jealous of that! The speeds weren't crazy, but I don't think I would have been able to keep up regardless due to the narrow road. I do plenty of mountain downhill riding, but those oncoming vehicles... I'd probably be taking some of those corners too slow to stay with the group. Who was the Lotto Destiny rider?
