GREAT CONTENT. I'D WATCH THIS OVER A SLICK PRODUCTION WITH LADIES GAH GAH WAILING IN THE BACKGROUND ANY DAY. Constructive crit though....set your shot up beforehand and stick to it
This was years ago buddy but thanks
Its one of those jobs that you reckon is going to take 10 minutes and ends up costing you money, your time and almost several of your fingers. Nicely done sir..
thanks sir its job i hate front 1s so much easier
I use mole grips (vice grips) to push the pistons back. Also you can use a u-clamp so some kind. Do it slowly, one at a time, alternating. The non-return valve does not prevent the fluid from going back up to the reservoir if the brake pedal is relaxed/not pushed. Hence, with a pair of grips, one at a time, over and over, nice and slow, you can push the pistons right back in. Once they are back, fit the new pads, being careful to get everything exactly as it was before, esp. including the springs and the split-pin assembly that hold the pins together. As you say, it's a good idea to take a photo. Also, BTW, my bike (Bandit, 600, 2004) did not have the holes to allow you to use a drift to know the pins out. Instead, I used snipe-nosed (narrow) pliers to grip and wiggle the pins out.
Thanks, sorry it didn't work out OK this time....
Very good video The image cam is not static and the audio fails but in general case is understood.
Nice Video, mate :)
I replaced the brake pads frontside of the bike. That was easy. But for the rear, i didnt know how to... now i am an Einstein :D
I hope, your girlfriend wasnt angry about the stolen nail polish :D
lol nail polish 1 she dont use hope this video helped
Got to those pins just in time, they were really tight. Will make a big difference when you get the seals done and pistons cleaned up

If you wanted to do the seals your self you can after taking it apart place the parts in a bucket of hot water and the the pistons will come out much easer. It was a really nice day today and Happy Easter :-)
