First time crying during a meditation in months that speaks volumes considering the fact that i do guided meditation everyday

Thanks Sis! In the first 20 seconds of this meditation I got my intention for 2023. Dr. Ntosake Shange was my professor at the University of Houston and we became friends. Will always remember the time I got to spend with her, they were magic!!!

I saved this video months ago and never listened to it even though it’s a shorter meditation.
Today for some reason I felt the urge to listen as if I was finally ready for it and I felt as if this fear I had been holding into for sooo long finally got lifted, the doubts, the worry and concern I was so focused on stopped needing answers because I realized I am the answer! I was the missing piece of everything I was confused on. Very eye opening and spiritually lifting❤️thank you so much for this beautiful meditation
