Wow what a cool ass brew day. I wish I had that many people to brew with....like ever...maybe when I join a home brew club this year. What a treat to have that bad ass Sabco to join the party too. That was a shock to see. Cheers Tyler!
Damn!! That's a lot of brewing going on!!! Times like those make you miss the propane!! (It fades fast though!! Lol) Thanks for documenting that process!! Looks like a great beer! Cheers brother!! 🍻
Man. I need to get the stout out of the barrel here. Thanks for the reminder! Looks like a great day and a lot of fun. This was a pretty tasty brew when I tried it. Cheers Tyler!!
Hi guys. I just stunbled accross this Video. As I had luck last month and got a Wiskey Barrel, which had 12 years Single Malt in it. I want to age my imperial stout. Do you have some Tipps for me? I cannot fill the barrel right away. So what should I do to store the barrel? Should I wet (moisten) it from the outside on a regular Basis? Second question: did you fill the barrel from time to time when it looses liquid? Third: did you de-carb the beer before transfering it or even transfered it cold? Did you cold crash before to get mist yeast out or just transfered? Greetings from Germany!

Thanks Tony, I kind of lost the brew day footage and recently found it again so I thought it was only appropriate to give it a proper video.
