Pravat Mete depends on how you architect and your choice of instances
But if it’s static, you can do it for free if you use the resources judicially

No, you will not be charged for the whole month only if you are choosing S3 Standard storage class. In case of S3 Standard IA, S3 Intelligent Tiering and S3 One-Zone IA, even if you delete the data after 1 day, you will be charged for 30 days
