Mercy, thank you for the informative video it is very clear and instructive! I assume the CT-30 arrives ready to cleave, and so the blade adjustments you showed need to be done after a few hundred cleaves. On the larger scrap collector I noticed the lid has a plastic flex hinge that looks like it would break after being opened and closed a few times. Surprising for such an expensive precision instrument to have a breakable low tech hinge to contain dangerous fiber scraps.
Could you please guide me that what to do if my new ct30 cleaver is not cutting properly after hundreds of cleaving. It showing not bad image on fujikura 60s splicing machine.
