Hi, Gina! I just found your channel. I like your videos.
I have a suggestion for your color-coding. Try to use up to 3 colors, one for meaning, one for genders, and another one for the grammar stuff like tenses and the explanation.
    Keep up the good work!

Ahlan Gina! I started learning Egyptian Arabic 4 days ago and i stumbled upon your page! You’re such an inspiration. Not sure if you’ll see my comment but I have a few questions:
Should I learn the alphabet as soon as possible, or should I learn to speak a bit for a month?
What is a great way to learn the Arabic letters? 🥹😭 Shookran!

Ahlan and aww thanks for the kind words!! What made you decide to learn Egyptian Arabic?
Personally, I would learn both at the same time. There are more resources available that allow you to learn grammar and vocab using transliteration or the roman alphabet. However, still try to learn and practice reading Arabic letters because it will be very useful in the future. Personally I just learned the alphabet as I went instead of memorizing everything in the beginning. It's a process, but you'll get there eventually!

@@ismygina so when I was in Undergrad, my school had ALOT of Arabs, especially Egyptians, so I was exposed to the language, having Egyptian friends. But back then I wasn’t really passionate about learning languages. It wasn’t until 2020, when the pandemic started that I launched on a journey to become a polyglot (at least 4 languages), and learn a new language every 2-3 years. Now that I am fluent in Spanish, I decided to learn another language, and I was stuck between Chinese and Egyptian Arabic, but I some how find myself enjoying Arabic and learning alot very fast! I am so happy i launched on this journey and seeing people like you really keeps me going! I am very impressed with your Arabic
