    For a foreighner EAR, the Arabic verb "TO HELP" has a very TRICKY sound, because of the consonant "3AYN". With a full conjugation, as you did, pronunciation gets CLEARER!
    Verbs with "3AYN" and "GLOTAL STOP" really have difficult pronunciation for foreign EARS.
    OTHER TRICKY verbs to understand the correct conjugation PRONUNCIATION are TO SIT DOWN, TO SAY, TO GET UP.
    IF you have time, make more vídeos teaching us full conjugations in present, past and future, PLEASE. Because it's really opening our understanding.

    Great video. I was wondering if you can do a video on the phrase 'I cant'.
    I know there are a few ways to say it but I can't differentiate when to use what.
    Ana mish 3arif
    Ana mish ba3rf
    Ana mish aedir

    • @EgyptianArabicMimo
      @EgyptianArabicMimo  6 лет назад +1

      S Jafri msh 3arif is talking about what's currently happening. For example you're doing something but can't so you say "ana msh 3arif a3milha" "I can't do it". The word also means "know". So if you really think about it being able to do something means you "know" that's the logic behind it. Msh ader means I can't anymore, you've been working all day and you're exhausted or you're sick and feel like you can't do something. In this case we say " ana msh ader".

    • @EgyptianArabicMimo
      @EgyptianArabicMimo  6 лет назад +1

      S Jafri msh ba3rf is the simple tense, in the general sense for example " I can't swim" "ana msh b3rf a3oom".

    In this video you mentioned that the verb help doesn't change due to gender. . But others yes, according to what gender is speaking. So, is there a rule as to which verbs change according to the gender of the person speaking?
    Thank you for your videos. They're extremely easy to understand and learn.

    • @EgyptianArabicMimo
      @EgyptianArabicMimo  6 лет назад +1

      Verbs usually change depending on who you address. However, the verbs don't always change if you the speaker are a boy or girl. I guess the easiest way to explain this is, if you are speaking in the continuous tense, as a girl your words will end differently that they would if you are a boy. For example
      I am a Boy speaking
      (I am sleeping) ( ana nayim) (انا نايم)
      I am a girl speaking
      ( I am sleeping) ( ana naymaah) (انا نايمة)
      Of course there are exceptions to this but for now let's just focus on that point. In the future I'll try to make a simple video explaining all of that

    •  6 лет назад +1

      TEACHER.
      I tried to do myself. Did I get it right?
      I helped my father to wash the car

    Do inanimate objects take the singular feminine ending in the plural, just like how you use the feminine adjective form for inanimate plurals? For example, is this correct?
    ana 'areet ik-kutub inta ishtareethali
    shokran gazeelan

    • @EgyptianArabicMimo
      @EgyptianArabicMimo  6 лет назад

      1st let me correct your sentence then answer your question.
      ' ana areet ik-kutub (Elly) inta ishtareet-ha-li ( I'm using dashes to emphasize the sounds)
      You missed the word (Elly) which refers to the books.
      To answer your question "yes". For the sake of simplicity treat all plurals as feminine, until you feel confident enough and can add more details.
      Thanks for the nice question
