      مرحبا ، دروسك ممتازة . أنا أدرس صديق إمريكي للهجة المصرية عشانها معروفة بكل الدول العربية و أرسلت له فديوهاتاك عشان يتعلم اللهجة المصرية مع مساعدتي .
      لكن عنده صعوبة يفرق بين المذكر و المؤنث في صيغة السؤال . مثل " إسمك إيه " أو " بلدك إيه " لما يكون السؤال للرجل و المرأة ٠ يقولي “ they sound the same to me “ .

      Hey Jo, I've literally just started learning myself so I can hopefully go and speak to the half of my family who are Egyptian! It looks like English is your first language.. Do you use Clubhouse at all? Just a thought, but I need someone to try and hold some conversations in arabic with as I think i'm going to snuggle sitting chatting to myself haha! Anyway, if you'd find benefit in hopping on a short clubhouse call maybe even once a week or something just to ask each other questions and try get some (albeit terrible) conversations played out I'd be keen! Let me know!

    You are the best Egyptian language explainer

  • @johnveca2979
    @johnveca2979 3 года назад +2

    Your content is very good and is presented well, but from one language teacher to another, the speed at which you speak is not pedagogically sound for your intended audience, namely students new to Egyptian Arabic. There is a difference between teaching and presenting. You are presenting, not teaching. Slow down. What's the rush? Repeat yourself slowly as you teach the new language. Teaching a foreign language is much more than flying through a lesson warp speed in hopes of covering a myriad of words and phrases. Perhaps you should consider a video entitled 10 Important Phrases Every Egyptian Beginner Should Know (speaking slowly and repeating words and phrases) and focus your 25:50 on that. Makes the language much more engaging and much more accessible to the learner.

    اهلاً! امي من مصر, و انا تخصصت فاللغة العربية فالجامعة.
    That was 3+ years ago though and I have lost SO much of it, not to mention that MSA and Egyptian Arabic are totally different… your video is so educational and helps me remember a lot of phrases that I used to know that have gotten jumbled with the MSA I learned at college. I want to work on learning Egyptian Arabic now so it’s actually useful with my family :)
