Making a Shaker chest of drawers

  • Building a shaker style chest of drawers as a gift (hence the bow at the end). Wood is cherry and poplar, with book matched side panels, top and drawer fronts (vertically). Handcut half blind dovetails for the case and the drawers. Finish is Tried & True original wood finish, which is a mixture of bees wax and boiled linseed oil.
