A thing I would advise is your set position height(block start height).you have to be a bit higher because youre too low so youre not really getting the full benefit of it.Btw you have the potential man keep up the grind.
I'm curious what your thoughts are on what you can improve to get to 10.00 and below. From a casual view looks like leg action can clean up a little. Less vertical deviation. It seems your getting good velocity and a great stride length on the 2nd half of the race. I have no dought you'll be sub 10.1 at least if you desire. You make it look easy.
@ImKabuto my view on the movements cleaning up. If you were filled with more power it would happen automatically zero thoughts of your own. For what your doing I'd build my body out similar to elite sprinters with your height and proportions. Then power clean at least 1.5 times bodyweight. Squat max 2.5 timed or greater bodyweight. Ability to rep on squat 2x from 3 to 5 reps. A "beast at it" for your weight. A standing vertical of at least 32" isn't a bad idea, most of the skill positions in the NFL are around 40" for example. That'll be earned by the power increase and plyos. You won't even have to focus on "tightening up" the technique, the additional confidence and power does it automatically.
So my view was an individual could waste excessive time trying to have better technique when their issue is just not enough explosive power and there are faster ways to get the explosive power into the person than on the track and body weight only exercises. Although it should be incorporated into bodyweight calisthenics and running so you can integrate that explosive power into your running game. What if the sprinter was just overweight by 15lb in bodyfat and bringing that down would give them several tenths of improvement and all their movements would clean up as a result from being a lighter bodyweight with the same strength level they had as a heavier person?
Je vois, je vous conseille d'investir dans un chronomètre électrique pour avoir des temps plus précis. Et aussi de faire des compétitions pour évaluer votre véritable niveau. En tout cas si vos temps ne mentent pas, vous avez un potentiel énorme. @@ImKabuto
Acceleration and maintaining speed are big components. Use explosive exercises/drills to Build more fast twitch muscle fibers(acceleration & speed), and longer duration exercises like strength training/specifc movements to maintain top end speed & technique. I will show my workouts in more episodes
The time is based off of the video, apple watch, stopwatch, and my previous times. The video is not sped-up, BUT I WILL go do different tracks and solidify the times/distances. I was running 100m in 13-14s when i was 13y/o
It's not fake. I count his steps that's how much pro sprinters usually took for 100M. This guy is crazy he could do it without proper training. Well with a proper coach he could get under 10s.
It’s time to set the pace
Hello, keep this videos coming.
I'm absolutely sure, that the right foot to start sprint is the front one 🧎
I really like this video bro, it feels like your connecting with the viewer, keep up the good work
Thank you, it’s a new more raw/organic style like how I’d talk in real life
Love that Sendo Takeshi ost on the background, powerfull stuff when one wants to be explosive.
Exactly, it fires me up every time!
SMASH that blocks bro, new sub here❤
@ thank you🔥

whats the name of those running shoes? are they really good?
@@orangecar-q9c they are an Under Armour Sprint Oriented track spikes. They feel very light and have plenty of grip.
Good luck on sub 10 on that kinda track and without proper coach/technique!

What's your 100 meter time
My fastest ranges from 10.3s to 10.7s unofficially(no start gun), id say im low/mid 11s in competition
Very conservative. You'll be at least hi to mid 10.

@ImKabuto no offense, I know that the vid is not sped up it just looks to me like that's definitely not a 10.3 100m speed. It's rather 11.5
