Have you ever had to overcome injury? Any advice? Not a surfer but a runner. Dealing with achilles tendonitis.
I visited Oahu a couple weeks ago and could barely walk into the water due to the injury. Frustrating.
Back home now and rehabbing it as much as my body can handle without overdoing it.
