Another cozy video. Thank you guys. Waiting for more videos to come quick. Be careful of elephants though. Wild elephants, especially if they are found alone tend to be aggressive and are kinda dangerous. Ride safe guys!
Hey guys ! I hope you're having a great time in India.. as an Indian I too am touring India through your channel 😄 I'd also like for you guys to point it out to the Indian audience why we should maintain some cleanliness in our surroundings.. such beautiful locations like Ooty, and the streets are full of plastic wrappers and garbage.. until a foreigner tells us, we do not want to change... But it would be nice if people visiting India educated us about keeping the place a bit clean..
The fire you see is deliberate. It is to deter tigers/other wild animals not to attack humans by hiding in vegetation. You will notice that during safari too.
The broth served with South Indian meals is Sambar (with an R). Sambal / Sambol is a different preparation of Malaysian origin, also popular in Sri Lanka.

You provide a nice motivation to return (I hope soon). I do not know how much time you have, but Rajastan (e.g. Pushkar, Uadaipur, and remote villages arround), I highly recommend! Stay safe and good luck, wish you only good people to meet on road, Namaste, M
Mmmmmm ........hidden India, yummy yummy. Feel like I am discovering India all over again. Thank you guys, what a great insight into this really beautiful part of the world.
14:20 There could a elephant rescue place near by. Elephants are no more used for logging in India. At the rescue center they do different exercises to keep them busy and healthy.
It is a place where Kumki's are kept - Retired Kumki's are also lodged there. Google for Theppakadu. Once a year Elephants from temples are sent there for a couple of months to rejuvenate.
Those are called "Kumki" elephants. They are thoroughly trained elephants that help in moving logs and also to capture rogue elephants that venture into the nearby villages!!!
The first two elephants are the wild elephants. You both are fortunate they didn't chase you. The truck driver did the right thing by telling not to stop. The remaing elephants in this video are trained to do works for humans
Another awesome episode guys, the elephants were just amazing😊I'm sure you will hit 100k subscribers before you finish your Indian tour, so well deserved for your amazing content👍
You explore the beauty and wildness of the nature also enjoy the local food I appreciate it!! please be safe ❤ and thanks so much for your efforts ❤ And hugs
India is remarkable in how green it is, in that being only the 7th largest country it ranks at 1st or close 2nd in total arable land it has. It has enough to double or triple its population to 3-4.5 billion before the cultivatable land strain can be felt.
Sad that this could be the last video featuring my state Tamil Nadu but i hope you can consider visiting the missed out places in Tamil Nadu like Kodaikanal, Madurai, Chennai, Tanjore, Kancheepuram which are famous for historical places, temple etc. As others mentioned the wild elephants are not to be taken lightly like in SriLanka as they could attack .. Glad you are having a good time with food, people and places ... Keep rocking !!!
Mysore palace is excellent worth seeing. It was a part of vijaynagar empire for two hundred years. You will see many things and the main darbar hall will just make your eyes open.
The elephants you see with a manhunt are the elephants owned by forest department. They have a Elephant rehabilitation centre inside the national park and are taken care of. Majority of these Elephants are captured because of man animal conflict, as most of these killed more than 10 humans in past and raid crops often. Forest department try to relocate them first, but if they still come back to kill humans and damage crops then they are being captured by forest department. That is now these are end up in the rehabilitation center. These elephants are now trained and used to push back aggressive wild elephants from forest border villages and that kind of activities if necessary. 🙏

So happy to see you guys travel and enjoy the city where I lived for a year and I hope you had an amazing experience in Tamilnadu! 🙌🏻😇
Cool ride down the mountain on the twisties. Looks like fun. WoW, elephants everywhere. Was hoping to see a Tiger🐯chase you two, just to see how fast those motorcycles could go. 🤣J.K. I'll wait until the safari. "Cue the Tiger". 🐯 Another fabulous video episode, Take Care Excellent Cool 😎

The elephants sometimes block the road to stop the trucks carrying sugar cane. They pull out some sugar cane and let the trucks go. A sort of toll tax by elephants.
Hi Lavi and ollie, welcome to india, Please BE CAREFULL when you are riding in forest roads and in reserve forest area, Elephants are great animal also very dangerous in wild, PLEASE MAINTAIN DISTANCE when you are watching any wildlifes and keep moving, if you get time please read the instructions , do and donts when you are in jungle roads, please be safe and enjoy
Lavi and Ollie, can you share your intercom system with me? On a separate note, don't miss out on exploring Wayanad and Calicut - they're amazing destinations!" Cheers❤️
According to the BBC website, the tiger population has more than doubled in the last decade, to 3600 tigers. Thanks to the conservation efforts by the Indian government.
Never stand near the corner of the road coz tigers can attack. And never get down also. Tiger sanctuary is dangerous you can judge from where they will attack.
Please dont stop if you see elephants or any wild animals on forest routes, u got really lucky there😵. My heart dropped when you guys stopped there🤧. Ride Safe
Hi guys, Love your videos... Im from Karnataka, you'll see many major temples(Chamundi Temple in Mysore) do visit them. Unlike the stereotype(Only Hindu can visit), Any one can visit and offer prayers in any temple. So don't hesitate and only remember that you shouldn't visit any temple if you had any non vegetarian food that day, in that case do a head bath and visit . And don't wear shorts. Jeans or any pant is ok.
Hi Lavi and ollie, You have made me a happy chappy again showing elephants 🐘 in your video, The meals are so cheap and plenty of it especially compared to the UK, Also your accommodation so cheap, You must of really enjoyed the day, and I enjoyed your video 👍, Take care, Best wishes Roy 😊❤.

Beef curry ? See how Mughals and British converted and brainwashed Hindus to eat Beef, which once they considered sacred. Sad.

That stop was heavily dangerous 😮
Sorry 🙈
Can't agree more. It takes very little to annoy lone tuskers and they can be incredibly quick when attacking. The first two elephants were wild ones.
