My problem is I'm getting sparse solver error, and when I turn sparse solver off too, the analysis doesn't run...... And there's a void in my model that I can't put slab there, I've tried all the intersections but it's not picking

Please remodel your structure from start. Pay attention to those area that have void so you can avoid them.
