Changing the AC compressor Pulley and Disc on the Delphi Model , also doing preventive maintenance on the AC Compressor .
The problem is that the flex disc has worn splines and the central bolt will unscrew over time and allow for play . This will also ruin the bearing of the pulley so the fix is to change them both.

Hello, Please can you inform me about the oil that you put in the compressor, this oil is PAG46 or some other special oil?
Didn't see how you got outter part off after center nut And 3 screws
had to take the compressor off the car and put it in a vice to keep it ferm in place.
I just got the 2011 vw tiguan 1.4tsi 150hp 4 motion. What does the compressor do? Is it related with the engine like turbo or just air conditioner?
It's not related to the turbo ! But when the ac compressor is bad or seized , it can cause the engine to run rough.

I am a utility locator, and will be starting up a channel soon for that type of content. My tiggy is going to get a nicer looks and off-road setup and I wouldn't even know where to look if it wasn't for your videos and work on RUclips. Fulia are rulment?
Am un zgomot ciudat la compresorul delphi dh5 si cand pornesc ac ul nu se mai aude nimic.
Fulia de la alternator are , cea de la compresor nu are. La tine poate sa fie si de la rola de intinzator ca mai crapa si acolo rulmentii. ReOlvarea e un kit de accesorii nou complet.
Am schimbat toate rolele, doar fulia la alternator nu am schimbat-o.@@doomyro

@@doomyro trebuie dat jos compresorul sau se poate verifica dând cureaua de accesorii jos si invartind de fulie ?

Care erau simptomele acestei probleme? Intreb deoarece si eu am probleme cu ac-ul la un passat b6, baga rece (dar nu suficient) doar la viteza mai mare si turatii mai mari. Presiunea pe circuitul de joasa are 4.5 bari din maxim 2 cat ar trebui sa fie si la circuitul de presiune inalta am 8 bari. Poti sa-mi spui te rog la ce service ai mers sa rezolvi problema?

la b6 sunt alte probleme pe compresor ac nu sunt compatibile din puct thenic de functionare.Pana in 2012 au probleme pe ,, senzor presiune , fulie ambreiaj, plus rulmenti care sunt cei mai pacatosi, racitor vaporizatot . si tot sistemul de ac il stica.. compresorul de AC de la anul 2012 in sus au remediat problema . .Vorbesc in nume de cauza dupa principiile de functionare si schema tehnica data de producator

Intre timp am remediat problema, a fost electrovalva de pe compresor. Am schimbat electrovalva si totul functioneaza perfect. Dupa inlocuire, in 2 minute temperatura de pe evaporator ajunge la 3 grade cu AC-ul la temperatura minima si ventilatia la maximum.
