- Hey guys welcome to todays video where Im going to going over the absolute weirdest versions of every Super Mario Bros game, where there really are some strange ones that are strange and you'll definitely find strange. I had a lot of fun making this video and love making videos for you guys!

The Super Mario Bros rerelease for the GBA was even weirder; Because of the GBA's screen, all the sprites were shorter, making them look extremely weird. Plus, due to the GBA's colors, it was also very bright
The color palette of Super Mario World's GBA port in particular looks like it was put through a washing machine.
I agree. All the colors look like they're some sick shade of white. The other "Super Mario Advance" ports looked way better. What happened with SMW?
@@laser90because the original GBA didn't have a backlight so they made it brighter
@@BLJ52737 I know that, but still the other SMA ports are still way better color-wise. Most notable example is the SMB3 port. It still looks bright, but the colors aren't so washed out to the point where looks like it's color pallette is off-white colors.
@@laser90 Idk what happened with SMW but it's not that much worse than advance 1 or advance 3, and SMB3 used basically the All Stars palette since it was after the SP released.
I prefer the Switch version of 3D World over the Wii U one. In the Wii U one you can't run fast, and if you lose in a level after collecting a green star, you will have to go back and collect them unlike in the switch version were it keeps your progress saved.
I'd say Super Mario Bros. for the NEC PC-88 deserves a mention too.
mario 64 ds was the first game I bought with the ds. I loved it. It controls so much better on 3ds though

Are RUclipsrs who discuss Mario games contractually obligated to mention Doki Doki Panic at this point? I mean, even non-gamers have known this info for a long time now. This isn't a dig at Copycat himself, it's just almost every person who discuss games on RUclips

I really wamt nintendo to gove us a mario 3D land re-release some day. Since my 3ds broke I have been longing for this game for months
For the south korean version of mario galaxy, the korean text on the title screen actually reads "Super Mario Wii Galaxy Adventure" funnily enough
Perhaps a good video to make would be about games set in the Mario franchise universe but not an actual Mario game like Luigi's Mansion or Super Princess Peach
These are named spin-offs.

I didn’t know Super Mario 64 DS has a 2 player mode and I loved this game 😥. I could have had so many great memories like I do with the Mario vs Luigi Mode in New Super Mario Bros DS

Kind of a bummer to not mention the version of SMB3 made by the İd software team for PC. Nintendo turning them down gave us Doom!
