Sir merozoits librted from schzont can not form gametocytes or trophozoites cant form it but after some cycles scizont form only ona gmetocyte either male or female ,in microscope wecan see core of rbc .Your opinion
Plasmodium does not target RBCs, immediately after entering into bloodstream. Instead, it seeks shelter inside the liver for maturation and rapid reproduction. After that the parasite leaves the liver, enters into the bloodstream and invades the RBCs.
@@santughosh8676 When the Wuchereria banchrofti (a nematode) enters the bloodstream, it migrates to the nearest lymph node. Where it undergoes maturation and gets converted into thread like adult worms (remember the larval stage has entered the bloodstream). Once the male and female nematodes mate, female produces microfilariae which then enters the circulatory system.
@@MedZukhruf then from circulatory system it can also go to liver. am I correct.?? My question is why it's not going to liver.??? Hope you understand ❤️❤️❤️
@@santughosh8676 It will not enter the liver as its maturation site is lymph node. Every parasite has its own life cycle. A detailed video lecture on Wuchereria banchrofti is coming soon, hope it will help you.

You're very welcome.
Why plasmodium go to liver it can get RBC in peripheral blood also.???
Like wucheria bancrofti complete his lifecycle in peripheral blood only??

@@MedZukhruf why wucheria bancrofti it's not doing like that . means it can also act as same like plasmodium?????
