All the concepts have been researched and presented in a very palatable manner with no frills (background music).The speaker also has very clear diction and doesn't make any unnecessary movements. Excellent teaching starting from scratch. I would like to have another tutorial from you about anchor, true sequencing primer and bar coding with math. I also didn't understand how in an open space a single spot have single (copies) amplified DNA segments.

The reference to suppliers and technologies was excellent, the historical context of Sanger Sequencing was really valuable to then appreciate newer methods, and the videos of the pieces of equipment used was so so so helpful to visualise how this happens in a lab, or on the moon. You covered alot with perfect explanation and delivery. Thank you. I've just started working in a genomics lab and this has helped me alot.

I have a question about the point at 11:00, which states that all the DNA molecules in a cluster are identical because all are copies of the same template strand. How does the system ensure that when the DNA strands are first introduced to the flow cells, you don't get multiple different template strands binding in the same cluster?
