Japanese-style Pancakes (Hotcake Recipe) | Cooking with Dog

Let’s make delicious plain Pancakes with an ice cream topping! We also enjoy light fluffy pancakes which are popular in Japan now, but these pancakes are filling and can be served as a light meal.
How to Make Pancakes

100g Cake Flour (3.5 oz)
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
3 tbsp Sugar
70ml Milk (2.4 fl oz)
2 tsp Vegetable Oil
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Icing Sugar
Whipped Cream
Vanilla Ice Cream
Roasted Diced Almonds
Mint Leaves
Maple Syrup
