Here is the problem with your videos sir, I think that you only show off what you are capable of doing to the masses, but you don't actually teach anyone anything. You just state the important of these particular movements
Duh. It's a marketing taster to get people interested in the full program. You must be new. Entitled to think passing down skills and knowledge is free. 🙄. Let's see you give away your hard won knowledge in your expertise for free.
@@Iron-BridgeFair enough. But the only way to get views on RUclips is by giving out free information. Depends on your channel goals. I 100% some form of free information if I am to subscribe and watch someone's videos.
😅 love the jabs at the elite, oh my!! Powerbatics is working for me!!!! Have turned most of my basement into a training area😊. Built a 4 foot tall hand stand I use ALOT, now. Confidence is what my goal was, and I have IT!! Thank you, Lee, for this wonderful gift of Powerbatics!!
Alot of Truth ... Powerbatics & Mobility require a great deal of dedication & mental focus but do render a superior Pathway to a healthier & more resilient body. There is always some risk in any fitness endeavor we just have work within our parameters at 6'5" and almost 62 yrs old I can do some of these basic moves but due to my lengthy frame there is alot of leverage that comes into play ... rarely do you see gymnasts over 6 feet 6'3" or 6'6"
Bridge push ups and pipe push ups --I've been doing lately. Thank you, sir! My shoulders feel fantastic. Now, doing push ups at different angles and stances seems smart. I'll give it a try, since I work from a tiny one room flat.
there is nothing exciting about any exercise routine if you do it long enough which you have to do even in your system so saying the other forms are boring is kinda ridiculous..
The biggest and strongest athletes are built with foundational lifts like bench press, strict press, squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, and power cleans. After 15 years as a strength and conditioning coach at three Division 1 schools, I can tell you: serious strength comes from these core exercises, not calisthenics. I'm not saying calisthenics aren't great; I like them too. But if you’re aiming to become the strongest version of yourself, these core lifts are essential
if push ups are not enought up the reps, take a high number and try to do it in a row, and progress the overload thats how you get stronger and bigger, for example one of my plans back then was 1000 push ups in one set with active rest and I maxed out a 150kg bench
Hope u have already improved ..if not ... Place the affected hand on a flat surface just like we do for a push up ...but you dont need to be in the push up position ...place the other hand on top of the affected hand as close to where the wrist bends ...press with the top hand and try decreasing the angle between your forearm and hand ... Also opening and closing your hand in the same position ...not on a surface but in air ...until you start feeling some burn in your forearm will also send some blood there and improve strength ...i too wasn't able to do pushups and felt strong pain ...doing these helped and may help you too ...though I wasn't able to put it up well as my english is not that good ...i tried ma best
Hi! So I was a heavy smoker and a moderate drinker. I had a stroke 10 years ago and my walk is still very strange. I have put on weight and although I could crank out 30 push-ups with correct form before the stroke I can’t even do 1 proper push up now. Do u have any suggestions for me?
Some of what you say makes sense, but others don't. The thing you are misleading people about is how dangerous doing handstand pushups are without doing the steps to get there first. Honestly weight training works with calisthenics. It shouldn't be something frowned upon since doing both is better than just one or the other.
I started training like this years ago, it’s interesting how many different cultures are just realizing this is a thing, you are correct about the exercises but a lot of ignorance in your references of science.
Seeing the planche form in your videos cancels what you said about calisthenics. You just give things different names and call it powerbatics instead of calisthenics.
About 6 minutes in and it's mostly trash talk towards conventional "fitness" ( he apparently hates that word) and little actual advice until around the 7 minute mark. Also advises to be more like Edison than Einstein...a wacky analogy if I've ever heard one (Edison was more a grifter and thief than scientist).
Everything was going good until you mentioned the patents thief the infamous Thomas Alva Edison, he was no inventor but a thief of ideas, he was more like the Elon musk of ours times.

Don’t do pushups our first exercise is pushups.
Lee your no holds barred method of teaching is a breath of fresh air! Keep up the good fight brother!
I was actually looking for instruction. not an ad.

@@noway5266 okay i get lol
Yeah I completely agree. He basically just tells you that what you’re doing is wrong without any clear, simple replacement movements.

Push ups are perfectly good to grow muscle, and so is the bench press or any other exercise as long as you push yourself.
another banger dad
I just noticed this only other comment and thought. The master is bringing together like-minded people all over. The coincidence lmao
My question is how can i train this method if i dont live in your area? do you have a training facility in the Bay Area?
What about Europe? 😊
Not yet. I been waiting for two years.
What about in Kenya
In what powerbatics is superior ot equal to gymnastics to call it superhuman?
You right about Einstein, he was one of them, a script reader!

There is the legendary no hand hand stand by balancing purely on faith.
You forgot boner pushups

🤦♂️rewatch video until you understand what he’s trying to teach you.
How much does all this training cost.
What's the difference between "You can get ripped, it just takes a lot more work" and " You can be a superhero but you gotta work for it"?
Bang on.
work outs to strengthen wrists and grip strength ? i have carpal tunnel. my strength has regressed

I'd like to participate, but I am 10000 miles away from you.... so what do I do? 😢
follow the links in the description. Online instruction available.
Lee. How about handstand push-ups, to 90 degree push-ups. Let’s include it all. Lol😊. Good video man.
Hi. Do you have a program for an Exercise Induced Asthma like me? Or even better if your program can cure my problem.
Will i get a 40 inch vert faster if i do that ?
don't know you're situation, but training like this increases vertical jump

He definitely did not say to jump into HSPUs
@@dmytoe5679 Your correct about that, but he also didn't mention proper form.
@@CosmicDuskWolf because it's not a video about hspus..

Millions of prisoners can't be wrong on pushups.
What was that about Elon?
Edison was not an inventor, but a thief. Just FYI.
Exactly!

Btw it was nikola tesla who invented the light bulb

Sounds like a
religious fit sect , doing gymnastics..

He should have mentioned Nikola Tesla
You know what you get when you do everything he suggested and include pushups? Calisthenics
Mind == blown
