One thing I have recognized in Server, that should be in any Addition like server 2012, Server 2012 R2, Server 2008 or Server 2016. While Turning on the Network Discovery, again it turns off, due to this error we can't share files with the Clients. So In this small, I will show you How to Fix Network Discovery turn Off Problem in Server 2016 Server?

Kudos to your list. I try everything before and allow every turn-on able thing and even disable all firewall lol. It's not go back to turn-off but two others notebook can't connect to my pc by computer name as it usually can. Just go to the first list "Function Discovery Provider Host", it's start but I try restart it and Voila!
