I think its much more important that they are able to haul some unfortunate out of the water then march in step. Not easy marching in rubber sea boots. Very good video.

reminds of a British military parade but with different uniforms and a few things that would the British military would never allow such as high visibility jackets being worn and the marching was a bit shoddy at some parts ( reminded me of the cadet force parades) but apart from those things well done.

The Irish volunteers were mostly teenage and young men who did not have as much resources and training as the English and then when you sent your highly professional troops the black and tans they had no chance so resorted to mass civilian shootings.

I think the RNLI need to get there land legs and practice marching in step.
