Horse and Caramel Tenor Ukuleles. Which is the best for $50?

My postman delivered two ukuleles each costing about $50. My experience with these brands tells me both ukuleles will likely be good ones, but which one will be the best buy? What will they sound like? Can I really expect to purchase a decent tenor ukulele for $50?
The Caramel tenor is still listed for $49.99 and the concert size is $5.00 cheaper. The Horse tenor is not available, but you can get the soprano, concert and baritone sizes. I like the looks of the body of the Caramel ukulele, and I like the sound. I like the complete Horse package, including ukulele and gig bag. This would be a cool gift!
